Obviously these people are awful. They buy debts and chase strangers for paltry sums of money on behalf of people they don't know. It's not a classy way to make a living. Bottom feeders of the worst kind.

Recieved a claim on a debt that I didn't owe that had been generated by an administrative error. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly understanding and although wouldn't go in to detail without taking further information, (which I was not willing to give for obvious purposes) helped me, sent back the claim and gave me just enough information to help me deal with the problem.
It's not a nice industry but they were calm and fair and helped me fix what could have become a problem.

Horrendous experience with a customer service agent on 20th January 2020. The agent was the most unapologetic and unrelenting person I had the misfortune to deal with. His attitude and demeanor was very scripted and unsympathetic. I lost my job due to an injury and subsequently left with PTSD, and the customer service agents attitude was scripted. When explaining the error of this debt being misplaced onto my credit file the response every 2 seconds was "yeah, mm, yeah, hmmm, yeah" before evening finishing a sentence. It didnt make me feel listened to it made me feel they just wanted me to stop talking, that was the impression being given. Usually people take a dim view or negative stance towards debt collections, it's their job and if you owe money you must pay it back. Simple. But the unsympathetic attitude towards a disabled person like myself was just unnecessary.

First of all thanks to Robert who took my call today was very understandable, happy to help and listen . When I received a letter through post first thing I did look them up online and started to read their reviews I was worried they won't be cooperative with me and review's by other people made me hesitate to give them a call but i was so wrong by taking an account of other people experiences with them .When I rang them my hands were shaking but Robert (one of the advisers) was there to actually help me and listen and at the end an arrangement plan were made to suit my current situation . So it's not bad at all from my experience today when rang them so I just regret I put it off for so long .

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They have no empathy whatsoever. All they want is for you to pay them regardless of how you get the money together. I was told to sell something to pay them off. When I told them I have nothing of value to sell they said they would give me 30 days and then if the debt wasn't paid in full court proceedings would start. They weren't interested in the fact that I was on benefits through no fault of my own or setting up an affordable payment plan. In the end I had to ask my family to pay them and I now have to repay family members but at least I have no more association with this terrible company. Avoid them at all costs if you can.

These guys sent a letter to my house for the wrong person, never had any dealings with them, the letter was not in an envelope and the persons private details laid bare for anyone to read... Called and got LUKE who was as arrogant as you'd expect. Had great pleasure in sending their letter back to them. idiots.

These guys ruined my perfect credit score over a ccj from four years ago at an address i have since moved 80 miles away from and changed my surname, they didn’t try to find me via hmrc or the government and put a ccj against me this year without me ever knowing i even had the tiny £250 debt.
I now cannot private rent and have had to move back to my mums at 27 after a decade of living self sufficiently, thank alot for ruining my life chaps, much appreciated you absolute smarmy scumbags.

These are a debt collection agency though they give you the impression they are solicitors acting for there clients , they buy the debts either very very cheap from other DCAs or take a 30% cut for doing the dirty work (£1000 debt brought for £100 or less is good profit ) if you notice on your letters they are never signed by a person or a solicitor who they claim to be as no person will put there name to fraud ! and if you check there website not one employee is named ,when you write back to them send it recorded delivery , and if you are doing a document request then do 3 copies and send the other 2 to

Really poor customer service skills . No empathy towards your situation and I'm sure some of the things they scare you with is not legal . Staff need retrained and in 2019 you lack flexibility for your customers as other companies like Lowell allow you to pay online and set up payment plans . Massive shake up needed

Abusive and harassing company to deal with and clearly a company that strives on harassment and provides false information to intimidate you. Should revoke their license and reported to financial ombudsmen for breaking the terms of the lending code everyone who gets these abusive calls record it and send it to tradeing standards and send to financial ombudsmen.
