Poor experience with disappointing customer service.
I placed an order on behalf of a local charity I work for that has supported the most vulnerable groups of older people since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. We have fundraised in order to purchase some pins to show our appreciation for our 'Unsung Heroes' that are our dedicated support workers that have put themselves and their families at risk to support others this last year as Key Workers.
After approving artwork in October 2020 without being informed of the epoxy finish effects on both brand colors and the artwork the pins arrived and we less than disappointed with the quality. We had not been told the finish would tarnish the colors and the artwork did not give a true reflection on the size of the font on the pin. Therefore we went back to Everything Branded with our concerns to which the Sales Manager offered a £100 contribution towards another order if we wanted to replace. We accepted this as funds had been raised to ensure all Key Workers were recognized with a pin. This was agreed in January 2021. Since then we have been emailing, calling and trying to get a resolution on the status of the revised artwork in order to approve and place the order. To date we still have received nothing. As a result our workforce of Unsung Heroes continue to go unrecognized and donated funds wasted.
It has been disappointing to say the very least and from my experience i would not recommend placing an order as a business or charity.

So far the experience has been terrible, and I question how this company got so many good reviews. We’ve gone back and forth for months to get products produced and have had to handhold their design team who struggle to see whether or not a logo or image is central. Following this we have paid for a sample which had two errors. We have now been informed that the bulk production cannot be made as we had agreed. To add to this we are being told that sample costs are non refundable!

Horrendous ordeal is the only way to describe my experience with this company. I ordered branded candles for one of my clients half of which were unusable for a sensitive memorial service . Customer service was dreadful and I got a spineless email to tell me they could not deliver. I do my best for my customers and was very upset indeed.

I ordered some trolley token key rings. My account manager was Amy Straw. She was absolutely brilliant. I was ordering on behalf of a committee so I couldn’t always make decisions straightaway.
Amy was so patient as I changed the design several times and tried to get the price down as far as I could. Every time she was helpful and considerate. We are really pleased with the final outcome. They are exactly what we wanted and within our budget. I don’t think we would have ordered them without Amy’s help. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service. Made an initial online enquiry within a short while Vish had called me to clarify details and provide the quotation. A mock up was provided using an image from my website with the quote. Estimated 10 working days to delivery, within 5 working days they were here. Fantastic thoroughly professional service from start to finish and I will definitely be using them again

Stay away from this company .the manager Alex brune, at the first contact was fantastic. But all his promises failed given excuses. I have cancelled my order and still waiting for my refund which he says will do on monday morning.

We made an order for our business with Amy Straw (our account manager) and she has been so helpful. We are now looking at placing a second order for our business and using Everything Branded as a supplier regularly for two of our Inflatable Parks. Designs are very good quality, Amy is always on hand to answer any questions that I have, she organised fast shipping and offers advice on products when needed. 10/10 service! Would highly recommend. The level of service is extremely high from Amy S, she is a credit to your company.

Dreadful customer service. We ordered a variety of items for our event which arrived late or not at all in some cases and left us in the lurch without essential items for our event. Polo shirts were low quality. Lanyards did arrive at all. Would not work with them again. Very poor.

Ordered some pen boxes to house the pens I make, absolutely hassle free transaction, my account manager Joshua was more than helpful, he absolutely made by shopping experience better than I have ever enjoyed with other suppliers, I wish other companies would provide the level of service I enjoyed! to cap it all, the boxes I ordered are outstanding quality, with I had found this supplier 5 years ago when I started making pens.

I enquired online about there products and received a very positive call informing me about all their products the next day. Excitedly I did my research and placed my enquiry the day after, after a few days with no response. I called and they promised to look into it.
A few days later, still nothing. I emailed and called again. Same response again “we are looking into this”.
But same again, nothing.
So the third time i raised this a concern, they said they would look into it. Again nothing.
I called and emailed again, they said they would look into it. But nothing.
By now they had wasted 3 weeks of my time, and when I called to escalate my concerns, they said there was no manager who I could speak to, no one deals with customer concerns and all they do is take orders and they requested that i place orders and asked for payment. After the service I received I doubt I would even receive my product after they took the money.
Really poor service, Save your time and source your products elsewhere, avoid at all cost, suspicious fraud company!

I experienced disinterested customer service and went elsewhere, which proved far more satisfactory and cheaper! Tried to order some personalised items in December for an exhibition at the beginning of January. Messed around with samples and responses and was finally told the deadline for ordering had passed. Well actually it hadn't - I went to a competitor who provided the excellent customer service lacking here and my items were delivered in time for the event. Won't be back.

Great experience with Everything Branded. Adin was super helpful and really couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy - keeping me informed at every stage. Although I only ordered a very low quantity I certainly wasn’t made to feel insignificant. Slight issue with the items being sent to the wrong address, but it was fine in the end.

I want to say that the service and customer care I received from Account Manager, Sunny Singh, was second to none. He was attentive, efficient and came up with solutions before issues even arose. He was an absolute joy to work with. However, just as I was about to pay the pro forma invoice, I read the reviews and this made me rethink and decide not to go ahead with the order. I would give Sunny a strong 5/5 stars for his customer service, but I am afraid that the power of reviews means I don't have the confidence to place an order - sorry.
