I love this place very much. It's very cosy and comfortable like at home. The staff is friendly. And the main thing is coffee. It's delicious! and its smell - I've never visited any other cafe with such tasty coffee. They're magicians. Recommend!

Our 1st visit with friends and really nice. Have to walk through Tyler's dept store ( which is lovely) and café is upstairs. Good selection of hot & cold meals, snacks and drinks. Don't know if there's a lift for pushchairs/ wheelchairs. Need to cony the store.

Tyler's delivered our mattress in the middle of a pandemicy, right on time, with kind and polite delivery men. We have been sleeping on the floor for the last week and a half and we are so lucky to have stores like Tyler's. They made the delivery despite the fact that everything around us is often scary, delayed, and hectic. We are so appreciative. We will surely shop at Tyler's again as soon as this absurdity of a viral outbreak settles down. This is the most excited we have been in weeks. Thank you!
Also, the mattress is very nice. We are lucky to have family owned and operated businesses like Tyler's here in Loughborough.

Food is always delicious and coffee is tasty. It does get busy very quickly but it is worth the wait. Relaxed atmosphere and really friendly staff. Everytime I'm in Loughborough it's a must to visit.

We recently bought 2 large and quite expensive pictures from Tyler’s, unfortunately one of them dropped shortly after being put up at home. This was due to the clasp on the rear giving way, on calling the store they agreed immediately to replacing it for us.
This remarkably happened again with the second one, and as it turns out this was because it shouldn’t have been hung the way in which I’d done it.
My wife rang the store again and again they agreed to replace it and offered advice on how to hang it correctly due to the clasps used.
Ive just collected the 3rd one and was greeted by one of the directors Steve, again very professional and polite.
I couldn’t recommend the store and it’s staff enough, although we did drop off a card and chocolates we will be spending in there again soon to show our appreciation. 1st class customer service.

Good coffee and scones in the coffee room. Such a shame that there is no lift for disabled people. They should look into the possibility of an entrance from the 1st floor carpark.

The cafe at Tyler's is the first port of call on our shopping visits to Loughborough. It is a comfortable relaxing venue with good quality food and excellent beverage choices. The shop exudes quality in all departments with the required expertise from the staff in all departments. I have recently had the unusual request for a replacement table leg due to damage in transit. I have tried several providers on the Internet with only an American supplier having the suitable item. I then contacted Tyler's from where I bought the table a good few years earlier. Mike Tyler could not have been more helpful said he would check the warehouse when he visited it at the end of the week. Sure enough on the Saturday morning, Dean from the department telephoned me at home to say that a set of four legs had been located and that I could pick them up at my convenience. Very few companies would have taken that time and trouble. An excellent shop and service. A satisfied customer.

The assistant in the White stuff department was very helpful and friendly we will definitely come back it was a pleasure to be served by such an helpful assistant. Just a shame we couldn't get a seat in the cafe. Xx

Have shopped here many times because they had a good selection of kitchen items of good quality and was my go to shop for these items, however on my last visit I found that the kitchen section was no more and had been replaced with clothing. From my point of view this store no longer caters for my needs but it may do for others.

I love browsing in Tylers, no pressure to buy just look at the spectacular array of items for sale. Their window dresser has show stopping displays which always brighten my day. One downside is there is no lift to take the pram upstairs for a coffee with a baby.

Great place for buying quality gifts. Massive range of scented candled and good homeware section, mostly designer stuff so quite expensive. Can be quite cluttered at time, but generally a great place to shop.
