Website easy to use and parts at a great price but the collect service on click and collect orders is painfully slow.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a part from here and they gave me the wrong one, and in order to get the right part I had to pay at inflated prices. Went back a month later for a click and collect order, gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them a second chance. Got home and tried to fit the part, but guess what?? Yet again it didn't fit. Rang the branch directly and was given the wrong advice on trying to fit the part, went to the shop to return it and apparently I couldn't as I had attempted to fit it.
I then contacted their head office, apparently they couldn't do anything as it was a click and collect, they only deal with online orders. Usually a head office would deal with the situation directly, they were useless. Went to ECP down the road, was given the right part immediately, they also gave good advice.
Certainly won't be buying from here again, you would have thought the people selling these car parts would actually have some knowledge on what they are selling, but instead they're just a bunch of clueless cowboys.
Save yourself the hassle and go down the road instead.

They certainly have the stock and the app works well. Service was sloooow and considering I ordered in advance I wonder why. However, process good and staff cheery and helpful. Marked down because service was slow.

Ordered some wiper blades on click and collect. Waited an eon to get served. When i did get served i was given the wrong blades. Ordered the correct ones . Guy comes back with and old empty box and the other had a rusty second hand blade in it. Lol the staff are really knowledgeable. Went and took my old blades back in for size. Stood there 15 minutes and no service. This place is a joke. Euro car parts matched gsf price and instantly gave me the correct parts. Don't bother complaining to head office as they never reply. In fact well done gsf head office your as good as mile cross branch.

Ordered by click and collect my wife was stuck there for over 20 mins waiting for parts to be picked while two other guys just sat there doing nothing. Parts should be picked first thing in the morning. Not a great service
