Very slow on the tills. Trolleys outside not being sanitised. No point taking a trolley then wiping when you enter as you would already have germs from touching it in the car park.

Used to didnt like but they have huge section with vegan food and healthy options, gluten free too. Also there is now a cafe bar with such a lovely baristas Steve and Leanne which always make people lovely cuppa and have few nice words. Free parking, petrol station and close to canal where you can take your dog for a walk after shopping.

I have been meaning to do this for weeks! I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Morrisons Gamston. They have all been totally amazing since March. Shopping for friends as many folk have been doing meant separate transactions and every cashier without fail has just taken it in their stride. The gentleman managing the queue to get into the shop, in all weathers has always been cheerful. A friend asked me to top up his phone and I had no idea how to do it! The lady on the service desk did the whole transaction for me, phew what a relief! Every member of staff was patient and helpful when looking for items. You are all on the front line as key workers and your rise to the challenge has been exemplary so thank you from the bottom of my heart! Take care all of you. God bless you and keep you safe. X

Was totally disgusted at how I was treated when going to pay I had been asked for I d by what I can only describe a jump up little virgin on a power trip. I'm 32 year old builder an just left work clearly as was covered in dust n dirt, I then showed my cscs card, he was flexing his quire power to ruin my experience. Ovoid the 20yr old ginger guy when paying as he only cares for other ginger like himself an wish to cause to doom for misery for total geezers like my self. In revenge I will fart near him like a tramp eating mouldy beans.

"Let down by its customer services" It was a lovely store but customer service wasn't so great recently. My most recent visit: 12.30pm, 03/08/2021 I've been going to this Morrisons store in Gamston (West Bridgford) for years before and throughout the pandemic. The checkout staff were always very friendly and helpful. However, my recent experiences with the customer services desk had not been great. I went to the customer services desk at the kiosk and greeted by a grumpy lady who seemed very fed up and impatient. I explained that I'd like to return some Nutmeg clothing which was bought previously but I don't have my receipt. Also I had just bought over £60 worth of clothes in store TODAY as an exchange so she could deduct the refund from it. She snapped at me shouting 'exchange only, you can't get a refund' and did not want to listen to me or look at my receipt. I was made very uncomfortable and slightly embarrassed in front of other customers. Very DISAPPOINTED with the experience which left me angry and shaking. I am sitting in my car at Morrisons car park whilst leaving this review. I hope the management team can look into this and improve customer's shopping experience.

Great selection of fresh veg and fruits.Variety of good priced meats. The list goes on and on. Also you can't compare that "Morrisons feel" to any other shop.Other supermarkets with high ceilings they keep creating impression of shoping in some kind of warehouse imho.

The fruit and veg area had what seemed like an odour of stale flower water or similar. Other than that all was fine.

These comments only reflect the virus, when I visited I was so worried and stressed the amount of people were in the shop every one was to near each other for example brushing up to each other so I walked out also some people were not cleaning there hands, trolley, and baskets. My little supermarket the doors would not open until a certain amount of people came out before any one could go in. Has anyone else had this experience in any other supermarket.

Better. After complaining that the car park and Toilet lights was turned off a night due to daylight savings!! Morrisons leave the lights on, still be aware if your the last out of the store and its closing time the car park lights go ou. You can need a torch to pack your shopping Otherwise. You can well stocked with veg and everything

Always hit and miss with the customer service of staff on self checkouts. The one tonight definitely needs some lessons in it! A few rotten apples let the store down. You are in a customer service role, height of pandemic or not some common courtesy to your customers will go a long way.

No social distancing - too busy - no paper towel outside and an empty hand gel in store. Poor stock levels.

Nothing in place to keep a steady flow going in, so when I came to pay everyone queueing half way up the isles!!!!I thought the idea was to get in and out as quick as possible !

Morrisons is my preferred supermarket during lock down. Wide aisles, staff ready to give diection. Nice cleaning and hand gel stations throughout the shop.

Walking round saw THREE separate members of staff walking round with their masks round their necks. Not just below their nose, but face fully uncovered. Whilst re-stocking shelves! One staff member, clearly management (shirt and tie) popped his mask back up if you made direct eye contact then when I turned back he'd pulled it down fully again and started breathing all over the meat. Criminal level of disregard for public safety. Shop here at your peril!

So much tape on the floor. Funnelled down between aisles in one long queue. What an unpleasant experience. Never again! Sainsbury's is so much better. Can't imagine what it's like when the store is busy.

Great Staff, always happy to help. The price comparison of Morrison’s to the smaller express supermarkets in the area is far more reasonable and worth the journey. The garden shop is also great.

Went to this store last week shopping and went to the freezers and to my horror found a large knife on top of the products. I took it straight to one of the staff who just took it off me and said Thanks and placed it down on the desk. Good job a young child didnt get hold of it..........I suggest you teach your staff when cutting boxes remember to take sharp weapons away and DONT LEAVE them on show.

Morrisons takes some beating for fresh meat, no other Supermaket comes close. The prices are always competitive and there is a big selection of goods. Disappointing when you have to queue for the cafe even when there are distancing tables available and it seems quite empty. Can only assume this is a Staff shortage problem. We used to use the cafe regularly, but until the queuing problem is sorted out we will breakfast elsewhere

A bit more relaxed than Asda/Tesco etc but not as posh as waitrose

A certain till operator seems to think that not wearing a mask whilst walking through the store, washing their hands and social distancing is for other people. And their manager just excuses their behaviour.

Went today to collect a pre order for my daughter's 21st Birthday lunch & it was out of stock without any prior notice? It would have been OK if they had warned us to save a trip & give us a chance to source the item elsewhere.

In the two years I’ve lived in Gamston this shop has gone from excellent to dismal and has to have become one of the worst Morrison’s around. Stock levels in general are dismal, often finding various sections with just one or two items and the quality of the meat, fish, fresh fruit and veg has gone from top class to simply avoidable. Not sure if there’s been a change of management a few months back but whatever changed it is noticeable and maybe just maybe your employing of so many youngsters is having an adverse effect. Personally I’m tired of standing waiting for in ques at tills while listening to very immature staff giggle and joke around with each other at the desk in the middle of the shop floor in front of the tills while they couldn’t care less for the shoppers. I think after buying so called fresh fish today to find I can’t even open the bag it smells so bad is the straw that broke the camels back and after returning this tomorrow will probably be the last this store ever sees of me. Sad to see something that was a pleasure to visit now something I try to avoid at all cost.

They are not handling the Covid situation as well as other supermarkets. I normally like it here but at the minute the place is a joke. Massive ques down a pet food Isle. Surely it would be safer to get people out quicker rather than having them all pile up down one Isle?

Social distancing was ignored by staff directing customers to tills. Another customer was not even 15cm away from me when she started loading things on the belt. The staff were sending people through without waiting for the customer in front to even start getting their shopping scanned.

Friday 20th November a shopping nightmare. Too many people in the Store, packed popular Aisles made worse with large Click and Collect trolleys. No social distancing being observed or monitored. Suggest Marshals on busy areas to control numbers, Messages over the Tannoy to remind customers to keep their distance, less numbers in Store. A worrying and stressful experience- I paid and left before completing my shopping because I didn’t feel safe.

A good shopping centre. Always clean and the staff are very helpful. During the virus however I have found that at times it has been difficult to social distance in store with other shoppers (mainly due to other people not adhering to the 2m rules).
