Another 0 rating. Was told by allyn the volunteer that the shop would be open for pick up only to find it was closed. No response to emails so again, poor customer service. Absolutely shocking for an alleged charity.

Pleasant staff, well laid out store but some hugely overpriced items - some second hand electrical goods are over twice the price they were when new. A lot of the new items are also cheaper elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shockingly unprofessional customer service from the lady who served me at the till.. including failing to tell me the crazy delivery price and charging me without asking and then laughing in my face when I queried it.
To top things off, I arranged delivery for the next day to fit around my work schedule and was given a 4 hour delivery time period, which is fine. My item hadn't arrived within the time slot so I decided to give the shop a ring to see if there are any issues and I was told that my delivery was actually scheduled for a completely different day.

had a really bad accident on 12th of Jan cut my hand very bad blood everywhere on a wardrobe that had not had the wall brackets taken off Very sharp 2 weeks of work for this no call from them yet very angry wont post photos as very graphic !!!!!

Great place to pick up a bargain and give your unwanted items to support thier cause. Big store with a wide variety of furniture and electrical appliances. If you are in a tight budget and want to furnish a flat /house this is a good starting point Just bought a Bunkbed, very pleased.
