I cannot recommend Scrub a dub Natick enough! Their exterior washes and interior cleans are affordable and great quality. The folks who clean the interiors work super hard and do an impeccable job every time. On weekends sometimes you have to wait a bit for interior cleaning but it is worth it! Everyone who works there is extremely nice and committed to the work they do

I use this car was all the time in Shrewsbury well today was going out to Boston so figured I'd give this one a try they started off by not scanning my car first then I gave him my AAA card like I always do for the top wash and it cost $20.00 well he looked at my card and still charged me the same thing and also didn't get half the wash I usually get my rims and trunk came out dirty absolutely no pre wash or spray of the rims like usual seemed like waisted effort making someone draw on my window with a marker vs pre cleaning cars on way in just a suggestion from a long time customer

This place is just “okay”. If you don’t purchase the $100+ options (by appointment only) don’t expect super fabulous service. It’s a bunch of really young kids doing a very average job. I am almost never happy with the interior service I pay for and every time I’m hopeful this will be the time it’s good- but never happens. I have the monthly subscription which is worth the money if you use it more than 2xs a month. But any inside detailing is just a waste of your money. You’re better off doing it yourself.

This car wash is one of the very few businesses with an unlimited wash program. Free hand towels and small garbage bags to clean out your car after you wash it. The line can be a little long at lunchtime and the end of the work day. The wash quality is on par with other automatic washes, and I would say a little bit better. The hot air dryer does a great job drying the car, which is a problem at a lot of other car washes.

Usually go here, great staff , though noticed this time that even though I paid for the ultra 24.99 wash I don’t think I was given it. Underbody still visibly dirty and the car and windshield doesn’t have the same shine it usually does. Going to make sure the attendant hits the right button next time. Advise people to do the same.

Staff are friendly and not the problem. The problem is with the wash. Their drying tunnel needs work as it leaves a lot of water on the vehicle. My car is treated with a high performance sealer that causes water to bead like crazy and comes out almost completely dry at other car washes but ScrubaDub it still had a surprising amount of water on it after the wash. When it dried it was a streaky spotted mess.

I’ve been coming here for for exterior and interior cleaning and I am always happy. Their interior cleaning is super thorough and makes my car feel brand new, and it’s super affordable. The staff is helpful and friendly, the pricing and services are clearly outlined, and they are speedy! Love this place!

I like this scrubadub the most of all the ones that I've visited. I believe they have the best rinse & dry system. Some of the others seem to leave the car both soapy and wet on exit and most people don't always have time to stop and completely dry their car by hand after.

It seems to be on the relatively expensive side but the machine works fairly well. There are several options including under wash and spray wax. The vacuums for a dollar work well, but it takes two or three tokens for cleaning a large car or SUV. They have a monthly rate for unlimited washes.

I don’t know about everyone else but when I pay for a service that is specific on what you are receiving for your very hard earned money and receiving anything less than that! I could have done it myself! Ohhh wait I did have to do it myself and I paid them to watch me after they attempted to do it! I don’t usually post but lately it is getting to me. Paid for interior plus which includes the following
Clean windows
Wipe all door panels
Armorall dash ,doors and tires
Shampoo carpets and mats
Wipe door jams
Vacuum seats carpets and mats
I just walked up to the vehicle and had instant disappointment seats had dust crumbs etc scuff marks that wiped right off with one swipe. Also they just spray the tires they don’t wipe the excess off so you will have it all over your car when you get home.
Solution have a specific person, a caring leader to send off the customer with a smile and thank them, this to make sure that the service personnel are held accountable. Also during busy times if this was my business I would have college aged associates wiping down the excess water on vehicles. Let’s be realistic here this is a very affluent area and people in the area would pay more for world class service. If not some company from out of state that knows how to excite the customer, will move in and take away the business you spent years building.
The bottom line is I like coming to scrub a dub with the unlimited wash plan, very convenient. Just falls very short with customer service part of it. A very thin line and little effort between Great and horrible.

Awesome experience! Left my car looking brand new after an interior cleaning. One problem I had was finding a staff member. There's not really a check-in area, and the office room doesn't have any inviting signs, making me feel as if it's an area where people shouldn't just walk into. But, you can, and I did.
I'd suggest labeling the office door because I saw a lot of customers outside standing around looking for an employee. People cleaning are in everyday clothing, working and detailing, so they don't look like someone that could just break away and find someone for you. Otherwise, that doesn't effect my experience! Awesome job!

Dropped my car off for the standard detailing package ("Custom Interior Shampoo" for $119).
The technician clarified that it's actually a steam cleaning not a shampoo, I don't much understand the difference or really care, but appreciated that he took the time to explain everything they were going to do. I dropped my car off earlier than my scheduled appointment and they didn't have a problem accommodating that. They also finished the service about an hour earlier than they quoted me which was great.
My car was filthy. Like really disgusting. If they had told me they found a nest of wild animals building a city in the backseat I would've said "yeah, sounds about right." They did a fantastic job and every interior surface and fabric in the car is almost like new. They removed food stains and crumbs I had become blind to and vacuumed up an IMPRESSIVE amount of dog hair. They even put my loose change in a baggie so they could clean out my nasty cup holders. I'm impressed and would recommend them to others based on my experience.
There isn't a clearly marked check-in area at the office, so I stood around a little lost for a few minutes. But once I got someone's attention the staff was nice and helpful.

Decent car wash and inexpensive packages. They hold true to their guarantee as on two occasions after the first wash, there was still some residual dirty on my car (once in my wheels after paying extra for the wheel bright and another time when my car was a bullseye for every bird in town), and they rewashed my car without question. The only bad thing I've experienced there so far are their vacuums-- they have almost no suction power and they're awkwardly place. I feel like I'm always trying to not smudge the wax on my car doors when moving around.
Never had the detail services so I can't critique them.

I have the unlimited wash which is great for weather here in New England. It cleans the outside of the car pretty well after one go, but sometimes I do need to go in twice to get it in better shape. They have great service, my car magnet got washed off my car and they searched and recovered it for me.
