I bought a table with six chairs and I’m very happy with them. It was an excellent price for this beautiful set and although I found delivery charge a bit expensive, I didn’t mind paying because the set was worth it.

From the first phone call to arrange a collection, visit to the store and then a follow up call asking for an update. I cannot praise the staff enough. Professional, helpful and confident. Other retailers should take a look at their customer service skills. Excellent.

Very up set had a delivery of settee and asked if 2 chairs could be taken they said oh no we can’t take single chairs and strider exerciser do not need this up set meant as been a good customer poor service as chairs was booked in for collection by manager no problem when we paid for settee and delivery in shop be aware very disappointed makes me wonder if I should take my custom else where been a good customer they said when me and my husband bought settee that would be ok to take single chairs

Few weeks ago I seen "Gale" loudspeakers was reduced from 40 pound to 30 .
And Today i asked lady , (she is customer service ) How much this loudspeakers, she said 40 pound .))))))

BAD FOR PARKING AND COLLECTING GOODS, BEWARE OF PARKING ENFORCEMENT, ITS NO JOKE IN THIS AREA.
THE £20 STORE DELIVERY OPTION KEEPS YOU WAITING IN ALL DAY, UP TO 4PM, WITH NO INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY TIME. DAN, THE STORE MANAGER HAS NO INTEREST IN HELPING TO SOLVING THIS MATTER. IF THE GOODS DO NOT WORK IT COST £20 FOR THEM TO COLLECT AND £20, WITH NO REFUND. THEY WILL NOT CHECK IF THE GOODS ARE WORKING, SO BE VERY CAREFUL, THE COST OF DELIVERY COULD BE MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE GOODS.

Staff in store are helpful and while you can no longer explore their five basements of back stock, ask if you're looking for something specific and they will do all they can to help you find it. Keep checking back as stock changes every few days. Keep in mind if you have it delivered staff are volunteers and it might show up with an extra scratch and unassembled, if that bothers you it's best to arrange your own collection.

OK, most things are cheaper on Gumtree of Ebay though. Not very convenient for parking if you need to shift large items of furniture to a vehicle.
