DO NOT USE, this is a dangerous company, making people from different households share an ambulance, some patients Covid - 19 positive and some not! Truly shocking, no social distancing possible on board, with no room left for medical staff in the back! This journey was taken on 15/05/2020. Since then, it's just got worse, company using third party, sub contract drivers and vehicles, not properly trained, in unsuitable private cars, plastic sheeting barriers between you and the driver, no adequate ventilation in the back, no uniform, often no PPE, I doubt if they have any medical training, or insurance! Utterly unprofessional! I even doubt some driver's have an British driving licence, as they clearly, such as the Spanish Woman, have no idea of the highway code in Britain! Extremely dangerous driving, mounting pavements, speeding on dual carriageways, messing about with mobile phones and paperwork, whilst hurtling along the motorway in vehicles, that feel like they might lose a wheel at any minute. BEARS - you are a disgrace! You should have your contract cancelled with immediate effect, has a patient got to be injured or even die, before these practices are exposed??????
