My first port of call when I need a part, partly because of it's size - generally making it well stocked; secondly because the staff are super friendly, animated and knowledgeable. The website could do with some TLC, especially in regards to the database, but this is outside of what the store itself provides.

I am regular customer but from last two time visit i have been there extremely bad served by the guy who have turban and glasses very rude person have no manners to speak doesn’t care of customer just work their to get his wage. And the parts he give is extremely expensive. He just dont care of customer.Wouldn’t visit there anymore. Don’t visit there you wouldn’t get good service plus they will rip you off instead go here there another branch Units 4, 5 Burley Pl, Kirkstall Rd, Burley, Leeds LS4 2AR.

Not very good service. Ordered parts for collection of the website, got an email to say they were ready for collection but when i got there the parts were nowhere to be seen. Was told to come back 3 to 4 hours later but i didnt have time as car was already booked in. Eurocar parts much better and similar price

As an exe staff member i would like to point out that customers who think staff just stand around not doing anything and ignoring the counter are actually delivery drivers or warehouse staff and are not trained or authorised to deal with customers in the store, most drivers/warehouse staff will ask if you have been seen to and they will pop their head in to the sales office to prompt a member of the sales team to come out and serve you. Customers must appreciate that we can be very busy at times and that sales staff have telephones sales to achieve and that they can be on the phone while a customer is in the shop, so we ask you for your patients and understanding.

Awful, awful customer service. Walked in on a quiet afternoon and was stood aimlessly at the counter for the best part of 10 minutes waiting to be served. Could hear numerous people nattering away in the side room yet no one came out. One of the delivery drivers had to prompt his colleagues in the side room at least twice before someone eventually popped out. Most of the staff unfortunately seem lifeless and as if they couldn't be doing anything worse with their time. Go to a smaller local car parts shop if you're in a real hurry or order online from euro car parts / car parts 4 less if you're not in a rush, usually a fair bit cheaper too.

Parts prices are not bad if you order online but customer service at the East Leeds branch is extremely poor. Waited nearly 25 minutes just for just a small service part that is usually kept in the first aisles right behind the serving counter. There was hardly any queue, 2 staff members were fighting in the staff area right next to the left of the serving counter over a disagreement about who is going to be on/off work on Saturday, one swearing badly at another F.ing and blinding using very foul language very loud for about 15 minutes without having any regards or respect for any of the customers waiting in the queue. Quite disappointing.

Your driver in the hairhills area is a clown. He very nearly just had one of your vans smashed up because he had to get within six inch of the building he was delivering to. Never mind that by doing this he blocked in the forklift we were using then when told what he had done his reaction was pretty much "so what".

Horrendous customer service, used, damaged and faulty parts sold as new from Leeds East. Ordered online for click and collect, one of the bottles of coolant I was given was half empty, covered in grease and half empty. I politely asked if I could have a sealed one. The sales assistant looked disgusted that I had even asked, they scrutinised the bottle then walked away to get a replacement without saying a word. No apology. When it came to fit the parts it turned out I had been given the wrong tensioner. My girlfriend ran it back to GSF to exchange it for me, she also picked up a radiator and some hoses I had ordered. When I got the radiator I noticed the box was open, parts were missing and it had clearly been been fitted to a car and used for some time. Covered in dents, grease, coolant and marks from fitting. Could not be bothered going back a third time so I decided to fit the radiator and get on with my life. It quickly became clear why the previous user had given it back to GSF, due to a design fault it was physically impossible to seal the drain plug so coolant flooded out as fast as it could be filled. To top it off, one of the hoses also didn't fit properly due to poor quality. Back to GSF for a third time. Politely explained the situation. Still no apology. Was a battle to even get a refund. I was told the radiator is not their problem, and that because the pipe was wet due to fitting they weren't going to refund it. All of the staff were passively rude, One member of staff (let's call him lieutenant rage) was going blue in the face shouting at me about how he was in the army and how many deliveries they get each day. and I was wrong. Literally, a representative of the company, shouting at me, a customer at the service desk. He was at it for 15 minutes. Never experienced anything like it. It was actually pretty funny. Bought Febi and Nissens branded parts online in the end, much cheaper, massively better quality than the GSF parts. Less entertaining though.

Robbing AF, £12.50 for a £5 part, taken out of box to hide cheap brand and withheld receipt. Maybe guy on till is pocketing a few quid. Purely speculation but give this place a miss.

Rang up and asked for the part, to which they said they had in stock. My partner told them i would come for it. Drove all the way from doncaster to pick it up to be told that it had been ordered and was being sent to doncaster. Fuming is not the word, no apology, just that i could tr. Will not be using again.
