Given helpful advice and purchased a battery. Pricing was very competitive and the very helpful male and female staff at the store made the experience notable. Great to meet young staff who understand customers needs and also have sufficient knowledge to be able to offer a super service. Many thanks

Fantastic bike department, every time we have been in and we have always been dealt with by Travis it’s a pleasurable experience.
He really is a credit to the business and a cut above some of the other Halfords team members in other branches. They really could learn a lot from his helpful and willing attitude to assist.

First time going to Halfords, ordering online was easy and fast . When I collected my Bike it was built to a high standard. The staff members were friendly and very efficient. He explained everything I needed to know , the overall experience was great and I love my new bike .

I had my bike serviced by the Halfords Newark team. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and my elderly bike was a s good as new after the team had worked their magic. Whilst I was waiting to check in the operative told another customer about the Government £50 bike repair voucher scheme, so I downloaded the voucher whilst I was waiting and the service was free of charge!

Not the largest of Halfords branches but it packs a lot in to a small package. Good parking and access and the store has been well set out to achieve Social Distancing and COVID Protect protocols. Staff are always happy and efficient - make the visit always worthwhile.

Had four upgrade headlight bulbs from Halfords Newark that were fitted yesterday
I can honestly say I was not only impressed with the Customer Service given by Tom but even more importantly his competence in the actual fitting to my wifes Alfa Guilietta. He admitted it was the most difficult "installation" he had ever done (required removal of washer bottle and battery to get to one bulb housing) but even in poor weather remained cheerful and did a first rate job

Went into halfords for some new stabilizers for my daughters bike as they didnt seem to offer correct support. Turned out they had become loose. Staff were incredible and sorted it within seconds and offered advice all free of charge & staff are always extremely helpful there.

Excellent service from all the staff at the Newark store. In particular Peter. Helpful and informative. Polite and accommodating. Just as service should be. Too often in the UK we have to make do with poor customer service but the staff I dealt with in this store were great. Steve the manager at the Netherfield, Nottingham store should take a leaf out of the Newark store staff customer service book. He was rude and unhelpful just a couple days before. The Newark store will be the one I will go to in the future even though it is further away. Thanks again.

The customer service from this store is absolutely exceptional. Can't fault anything they do when it comes to the bike department. I've bought, exchanged and had fixed, bikes from this store with so much ease. They are an absolute credit to the business. Talk to them, tell them what you want or need, and they'll do everything they can to make it happen. Fantastic team.

I was sold a car seat a couple of weeks ago after advice from a member of Newark staff both over the phone and in person. I told them what car I had. On getting it home I found it did not fit.
I returned it today and said that I was disappointed as I really did like the car seat. This was not discussed and only my details were taken. I asked about another seat and was just told very bluntly to look online. No further help or assistance given. Certainly would not recommend Newark store. Very unhelpful.
