I had my first dental hygiene and checkup today and it was absolutely great. Not only was the dentist very caring, but she is extremely professional, attentive to details, she checks on you often, waits for your feedback and acts on it. The team has done an amazing job with my teeth, and on top of that, they provided a lovely human touch to the whole experience being so lovely and true active listener. Could not recommend them enough and will definitely be booking my next routine checkups and hygiene.

If you ever need an dentist this is the best place to go to. Excellent prompt service. Was seen on Friday afternoon with no hesitation. They are very friendly, fast and reliable. Had my infected crown and root removed in an emergency appointment. The procedure was painless. Worth every penny. Will definitely recommend them.

Whenever I've had a dental problem, it was easy to book an emergency appointment and it has been resolved promptly and with grest care. Fantastic dental practice, always there to help. I have been a patient for 3 years during which I've had two dental emergencies (accidents) which the team responded to quickly and professionally.
From basic fillings to root canal treatment, I have always found their knowledge, advice and expertise in their field being of the highest of standards. Friendly and kind staff. Great at explaining treatment options and giving personal and expert recommendations.

Needed a an urgent treatment due to a loose filling so managed to book an emergency appointment same day. Everything was done to make me feel welcome and safe in the present Covid situation. No waiting around and all the staff made sure my visit was as 'normal' as possible. The treatment itself was done painlessly and I am very satisfied with the results. Top service and would recommend to anyone needing urgent private dentist.

Dr Nimisha Shah is a highly experienced, careful, and empathetic dentist. Over the past 5 years I have had standard fillings, cosmetic work and emergency dental treatments at her surgery, and am highly satisfied with the results. She is also very capable, knowledgeable and makes sure your experience is pain free! I am very pleased of the professionalism demonstrated. Value for money and thorough dental care. I was a very nervous patient (used to have sedation for dental treatment in the past). Booked an emergency emergency dentist appointment due to a painful back tooth which was giving trouble for last one year. Due to COVID I have delayed seeing a dentist until the pain became unbearable today. The team here were excellent and made me feel at ease talked me through the whole procedure, even booked more time so that they could go slowly. Didn’t experience any pain whatsoever in the root canal, only pressure. They saved my tooth and it was a painless experience.
Dentist is amazing, as well as the super helpful and friendly lady receptionist.

A wonderful dental practice where everyone is so professional. I ended up here on an emergency appointment having not visited a dentist for nearly 5 year due to my dental phobia. I was absolutely scared beyond...I don't know what... but was made to feel 'comfortable'! The dentist made me feel relaxed and listened to any concerns that I had. I think I might be beginning to overcome my phobia of dentists and am actually considering visiting the dentist more regularly.

Today I have booked a same day appointment to be seen by the emergency dental team for a very difficult root canal treatment . I feel extremely lucky that I have found this dental practice open on a Saturday and during lockdown. They have done absolutely everything and beyond when putting up a laborious and not easy fight to save my lower molar tooth which was supporting a bridge. These days it is very difficult to find someone with a similarly impressive mixture of knowledge, extensive experience, passion, and dedication. I have now booked my second root canal appointment with Professor Francisco Mannocci at their sister branch in the West end. A professional, truly wonderful service by a truly caring dental team. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for prompt and top private dentist.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Marcello and his kind and welcoming assistant Maria. They saw me at a few hours notice on Christmas eve when my old crown has fallen off. The temporary crown literally saved my Christmas. The new permanent crown that they ordered looked like a real tooth and didn’t even require fitting given how thorough Dr Marcello was with his measurements.
Replacing crown always has a risk of getting a root canal and I did have a bad experience in other places, but thanks to Dr Marcello this was not the issue.
Overall great experience, very professional and friendly staff, highly recommend.

This dental clinic is really comfortable and the staff are all professional, helpful very considerate！More importantly, I can feel distinct difference between this dentist and the other dental clinics I’ve been to in the past when doing the filling. This Dentist did it very carefully one layer after another but other places just pop in the entire material at once! I am very pleased with my treatment. Strongly recommend here!

Great service. Great team. I got my teeth cleaned by dental hygienist Maria Chountala. She did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and explained me how the plaque get's built and how to take good care of the teeth and gums. Also there was a very soothing music which was playing in the background while the treatment was going on. It helped me to relax. Overall it was a great experience.

My usual dentist won't answer the phone these days. I had really horrible gum issues. Lady who I saw here was brilliant and I feel so much better after treatment. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Thank you.

I was worried about having to see a dentist for an emergency during Covid but couldn't have been happier with the appointment and the safety precautions in place. Best practice I have been to, the staff were helpful and the dentist fixed my tooth. The dentist was brilliant ! He put me at ease and I felt confident. Will come back after Covid for a check up. Definitely recommend.

Professional and very helpful reception staff. I was able to get an emergency dentist appointment same day of calling on a Sunday. The check in procedure during Covid was excellent and very reassuring indeed. Although the experience was a little different to ‘pre-Covid’ times it was still carried out in the usual professional manner with additional safety measures. My time with the actual dentist was highly professional too, calming and reassuring, a complete joy of an experience and left fully informed of all treatment options and future procedures to be carried out with all explanations given in full.

My only regret is that i did not go to them earlier. Absolutely awesome dental team. From receptionist to dentist Dr Amita everybody is caring, professional and very helpful. Never felt rushed with the treatment, explaining every detail of the procedure. I had my tooth extracted after being in a pain for over two weeks and it has gone so smoothly and pain free. Can not thank them enough!! After i had an awful experience with my own dental practice that left me in even more pain. Highly recommended private emergency dentist.

Dr Marcelo Prebianchi and his team gave me the utmost care and attention, regarding a complex wisdom tooth extraction I urgently needed. I had a swollen lymph node, which may or may not have been dental related and his team also went above and beyond their duties and referred me to a specialist medical hospital to make sure it was examined. Also everything was done to make me feel welcome and safe in the present Covid situation. No waiting around and all the staff made sure my visit was as 'normal' as possible. I have visited many dental clinics over the years but the professionalism and care by The Whiter Smile emergency dentists team is second to none, quite frankly the best I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend!

Have just finished a course of long treatment at this emergency dentist. I had a root canal treatment done and latter a crown fitted. My NHS dentist was unable to offer this treatment due to Covid 19 lockdown. I am so pleased to have found this dentist and delighted with the service received. Will now be a regular patient going forward. Dr Marcelo and his team are brilliant, professional and caring. Highly recommend.

Insanely expensive, paid £240 for crown recement (£45 consultation and £195 crown recement). Job that takes 10 min and normally costs not more than £45. I had to find another dentist next week to clean all cement that was left between my teeth and caused the gum infection.

Same day appointment - spent a decent amount of time going through all the options with me. They are clearly professionals but never talk to you in a condescending manner. I left the practice confident with a treatment plan in mind and will be booking myself into their other clinic very soon for continued treatment. Was I nervous? Of course - it's a trip to the dentist, but a holiday. Should I have been nervous? It appears not. These experts really know what they're doing - and always explain everything in a clear and calm manner. Once again, highly recommended. Honest, clear, transparent, reliable. You always get what you pay for - however - sometimes you receive service above and beyond. Once again pleasantly surprised and impressed. Now if only other processes / procedures in life could be this seamless!

I'm definitely ready for all those upcoming xmas parties after getting teeth whitening done at the clinic and will definitely have a repeat treatment in the future after seeing how good it works. The results are much better than your standard whitening toothpastes and I have tried one of the kits online once but that wasn't very good. This is definitely where it's at.

Exemplary service all round, all costs told upfront, unbiased advice on different treatments, positives and negatives of each. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, and the dentist even helped with my health insurance policy so I got maximum value from it! It was a lifesaver to be able to be seen as an emergency on a Sunday. I was able to get an appointment within an hour from making a call. The practice is conveniently located. Brilliant staff, good customer service and top quality treatment. It was all my fault that I needed to visit the emergency dentist. I had put off going for ages and simply let the tooth pain at the back my mouth which was growing just develop and get worse. I was even having trouble sleeping because medication had stopped having much effect. I eventually built up the courage and am so please Dr Samar was there to help me. I should never have waited so long.

It was a welcome surprise to be fitted in for an appointment on the same day that I called. Never had a dental emergency before so didn't know what the expected time would be. Needless to say Dr Anita was a star during my appointment and made me understand the problem and how it could be remedied. I came out of the appointment with a very different outlook on my teeth than I went in. Great service.

After a horrible experience visiting my local dentist as a child. I firmly decided NEVER to sit in that dreading chair ever again and for many years that was the case. However, after good part of a decade of contemplating I finely had the encourage to fix my unappealing smile. Dr Neelam was highly recommended to me by close friends. She made me feel comfortable and was patient with my fear of being back in the place that gave me nightmares as a child. Amazing Service!! I woke up in the morning with a toothache and by evening my jaw started swelling. Dr. Amita was able to get me in the very next morning to have the tooth removed and I was doing so much better the same day. The entire staff was so polite and helpful. saw My dentist on Wednesday for a broken tooth ... cause I’m a nervous patient she referred me to sedation clinic (only to find out there’s a 2 month waiting list) By Friday evening was in so much pain I rang 111 who were no help at all ... managed to get some sleep only to wake up yesterday morning still with a tooth ache ... spent 3 hours yesterday morning trying to find a dentists that would give me an appointment with no luck .., came across a website for 24 hour dentist rang them at 11:30 had an appointment for 2:30 and by 3pm my tooth was out!
Dr Amita you are a life saver! I’ve always been absolutely terrified of dentists and when I got frightened you kept reassuring me ... and within 30 minutes of getting there you’d removed my tooth .... I can not thank you enough!!
