We ordered the Hartman Titan garden sofa which was due for delivery mid April, unfortunately due to the Suez Canal saga this was delayed however Garden4Less kept us updated throughout and delivery was super quick from them receiving the container to dropping at our home. I ordered a Hartman Heritage Egg Chair from Garden4Less last month. Delivery communication was great and the item arrived on time, excellently packaged on a pallet, there was no way this product was going to have any marks or scuffs from delivery! The chair was easy to put together and is so comfortable. Well worth the money - would definitely recommend.

I have bought a number of items from Garden 4 Less and each has been super. I think that as a company they do their best to be competitive with their pricing and they certainly excel on the web buying experience side. In one particular case they were the only company that I could find on the web selling a rather important item for our driveway drainage. I have no hesitation in recommending this brilliant company and declare that I have not received any benefit from them apart from great service and excellent products for which I have paid the full asking price.

This garden storage box is amazing! It’s really easy to assemble & can be done with one person in less than an hour. It’s got a huge capacity - we have fitted an entire garden furniture set of cushions plus 6 large chair cushions inside. It’s completely weatherproof & has withstood high winds & heavy rains. Everything inside remains dry. Such an excellent product we have two.

Amazing company and products. Ordered a double Egg swing seat for my wife’s birthday which was out of stock and due in on the 9th April which is her birthday when Gardens 4 Less found out they rang me to say they had one held for another customer for a delivery later in the month and my wife got her present on her birthday! Sorry I can’t remember the young ladies name who moved heaven and earth to make this happen but thank you all!

Brilliant experience shopping here. Ordered the 870l ketter outside storage box. Came in 2 weeks as expected. Well packaged. First class experience in all. Prices were brilliant. Very happy with the process. The box itself was easy to set up. Good instructions and simple process. It’s now sat out in the garden with our cushions safely stowed away. Will recommend

If I. Had bigger hands, like a man. These would be perfect, but I have got medium sized hands with a poor grip. You have a long squeeze before the power comes on. I would love to see LADIES. Power cutting secauters.they would have a thinner grip which would then allow me to prune effortlessly.

I placed an order for some garden furniture almost 3 months ago which was initially delayed because part of my order was missing. I was then told all was in stock and they had been dispatched. When the furniture arrived, said items were missing. I have made around 10 calls to try get this issue resolved and spoken to staff who really did not seem bothered. Been told on numerous occasions they would investigate and call me back. No calls received. No responses to emails and no response to a request for partial refund for the missing items. Their after sales service is appalling.

This is a great little firepit BBQ. We put it away after each use so it won't get rusty and disintegrate, like our old one! It's a good size though but the legs fold away so it doesn't take up too much space. Definitely a good buy and a good price.

Happy with the quality of the Rockwood storage box. Quick delivery. Been on my patio over winter, I opened it a few days ago and was glad to find all my garden seat cushions dry, with no signs of dampness. Don't know how easy it was to assemble, a handyman did it for me.

I ordered a chiminea from garden 4 less Nov/Dec time, the price was good and the the product itself was also very good. The company kept me informed of the delivery etc well so no real complaints. The only problem was delivery time, they stated something like 2 to 3 weeks but it took much longer as it wasn’t actually in this country. Due to the pandemic there was huge disruption at the ports and this was one item which had to be rerouted. This was not a problem caused by Garden 4 less, and they kept me informed as to the progress.

I ordered a Katie Blake set of six chairs and a large circular table. The items were delivered safely and promptly. I then subsequently ordered a cover. Again the item was delivered within 48 hours. There is also a means of contacting the suppliers by using live text. Their service to me was excellent.

Easy to order and I was kept informed of the delivery date, which was spot on. The rhubarb forcer was really well packed and the straw will be very useful in the garden, especially for my hedgehog.

Ordered Hartman Vienna Lounge Sofa set before Xmas 2020 for March 2021 Delivery.
I called at the end of February to be told it would be late March. I called a second time in mid March to be told they had no idea and were quite dismissive of my concern of no date being available.
I called again today (31st March) to be told be told they had sent me an email last week (I had received nothing, so I asked for it to be re-sent - told this was not possible!! I don’t believe this, the chap even confirmed my email address, they don’t go missing) to say it would be the first third of May he hoped!! Does it really take 6 months for it to arrive???? If I had been kept in the loop it would be better! Order and keep your fingers crossed is my advice.

These boots were a great purchase! I needed a pair of fully waterproof boots to cope with walking through muddy, wet terrain and these boots do just the job. They rubbed a little in places to begin with but they are settling in now. I am size 37and bought same but able to wear a thick walking sock with the boots. They are warm, robust, easy to get on and off and well priced. Good value for money and they were delivered quickly. Delighted with item and with service from Garden 4 less. No more wet feet, thank you!

I have never complained about anything online before or left negative comments but I am so frustrated by this company that I'm now breaking a habit of a lifetime. The product we ordered, a wall mounted Parasol, arrived with missing wall brackets in Feb. When I contacted Garden4Less, they promised to send the missing items, but after not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I asked for a refund instead. They agreed to this and arranged a pick up of the parasol. It is now a month since this pick up and we still have not received any refund, despite several emails. We paid for the item in Dec 2020 (it took 2 months to arrive) so Garden4Less has had our money for 4 months while we have just had hassle.
UPDATE: we have now received the refund. Thank you.

Brilliant service....the large teacups look amazing so I ordered 2 as presents. One arrived perfectly in tact but the other arrived with the saucer part smashed. Our Mum was immediately sent a replacement saucer and arrived very quickly !! Will definitely be ordering again from here????

Item easy to put together! A great size! We managed to fit corner sofa cushions, lounger cushions, two chairs and dinning room seating cushions all in the one storage unit, so since delivery in january stayed completely dry! Would defo purchase again!

These look very stylish against old stone walls - could be fooled that they were made of lead. Great advantage of square planters is that they are more stable than round ones. Very pleased and they came well-packed in s huge cardboard box which is now having a second life as a play house for a grandchild!
