While taking my 84 year old mother shopping my car gave a warning it was overheating,we were on a country lane approaching Burnham Beeches and for the safety of my mother,myself and the general public I pulled into Burnham Beeches with the sole purpose of letting my car cool down enough to check the coolant,I received a parking charge notice which I appealed explaining the reason I stopped(not parked),I also sent District enforcement a copy of of my booking to have the problem with the coolant fixed at my local Seat dealer,I never received a reply to my appeal but did receive another letter asking for the full amount,I contacted District Enforcement to query the lack of appeal decision they claimed they emailed me,I did not receive said email,I spoke to Debbie at District enforcement I had broken down not parked so parking charge was not appropriate in this case,Debbie said didn't know the difference between breaking down and parking,this is not a professional company in my view if they don't know the difference between parking & breaking down,because I did not receive an appeal decision I can longer take the case to the independent appeals service.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!
I parked in my work car park and my permit accidentally knocked into footwell of the car so therefore I got a fine. I tried to appeal this even send photos of my permit so they knew I was entitled to park there and was refused and because of the appeal the fine increased from £60 to £100! I contacted the CEO (Danylo Kurpil) his advised that he would look into the fine for me a month later I am still waiting for him to contact me back despite several messages.

This company is absolutely despicable.
Even during a pandemic when many people are out of work having to stay home they were
still out issuing tickets..in My case I received two tickets from them even though I had tried calling there office numerous times with no response to get a resident permit.
The answering machine clearly stated due to the current pandemic they weren't operating to full capacity.. But they were still out issuing parking tickets to poor John public..
Its companies like this that benifit off the poor in times like this.. Absolutely disgusting..
I don't understand why anyone would employ such a company to control it parking especially with such terrible reviews. and poor customer service.

Most unprofessional company I dealt with. Do everything to steal your money. Private company from some small industrial estate. Wasn’t at fault and got charged. Don’t bother with them, just ignore.

Management non-existent, head office staff all part timers, no professionalism. Ticketing on certain sites with no landowner agreement or contract. Do not work for this company in fact avoid them like the plague!! Now sacking staff! Ummm surprise surprise. Again Kurpil uses his minions to do the dirty work and does not put his name to anything. A proper typical ex copper coward!!

Went into one of the car parks they manage to turn round and as i was doing this i was blocked by a lady trying to park. After waiting for about 5 minutes whilst she attempted this reverse park I went over to see if i could help. Cant blame her for not been able to park as she had screaming kids in the car. Anyway I was able to complete the parking for her and then helped her to get the buggies out of the boot whilst she dealt with the kids.
Was in the car park for 17 minutes helping and District Enforcement are still fining me and threatening action even though I have explained why.
These people really have no empathy and only care about money. All i can recommend it that everyone that reads this don't use car parks to turn round, do it in the road and hold up traffic.
I am planning to pay the lower fine not but will take this further. For anyone thats interested you can find the company on the Companies house beta website and the directors are named, all public information.

they are blind - pass displayed even on the photos supplied but charge issued and appeal dismissed. This for parking in my space on the apartment car park with pass displayed. Money making fraud.

Nightmare company. I have been trying to chase down a permit for months now calling/ emailing every day and persistently being told that they’re going to be sent- to no avail. I have been fined- I appealed the fine and was told the case is closed and they’ll continue to chase my permit (mean while I continue to be fined!)

come onto apartment complex that I have permit for in quarter glass in frot of car and went out there way to not picture the permit sent fine to my apartment were permit is registered what a scam appealed and they didn't wana know made me pay anyway
