OK. So since i had the phone back, the back cover has almost completely come off and is now broken. From my little analysis, the replacement i got doesnt look like its original.
My battery power just drops anyhow. it can drop from 100% to 20%! Looks like the battery is swelling.
I have had the phone (Samsung s7 edge for 2years now, never had a problem with it untill the screen broke and I brought it here for repairs. I wonder what they did to it but the phone is now a mess! i will attach pictures.
I wont come to any harsh conclusions very quickly but I will be weary of this place, unless they can give an explanation to all this mess. (All of these was barely a week later)

Smashed Samsung s20 screen. Muhammed was very easy to talk too and sorted it within an hour. Was a bit more expensive than I had hoped but hopefully I will be getting what I paid for and got a 12month warranty.
After having the screen over a month now I can confirm it is great.

I went in to see if the microphone in my Samsung could be fixed as had been told by Vodafone it was broken and I needed a new phone! I received excellent, friendly service from Matthew who said it just needed a good clean. He took his time cleaning it out and explaining why it wasn't working. No charge - no need to buy a new phone. Wow - I was very impressed and can recommend the Bracknell branch if you are looking for friendly, honest, good service. ????

The member of staff there Was extremely helpful and prompt with the repairs. I was so used to my cracked screen for so long I thought to keep it like that.
Then I dropped it and it totally smashed.
On the same day I called up this shop and even though it is part of his job to replace the screen the impact it had on me was like I had a new phone. That may sound funny but those small things make a difference.
The service the gentleman assisted with so promptly and professionally made me feel like returning to that shop again and recommending that shop in Bracknell to anyone else who may have any issues with their phones/gadgets.
I work in Bracknell and I am a Store Manager in another shop and naturally I observe customer service everywhere I go.
If any of my team have any issues with their phones/gadgets. I know where I am recommending them to go.
Keep up the great work. I do not remember his name. Middle aged gentleman with facial hair and glasses I think.
But I am sure he will be recognised.

Thanks I broke my gadget I can't belive how good my phone looks it looks brand new. Feels new after my screen being broke for so long my screen started flashing green and going funny. I was worried my phone was about to die. Looking forward to getting the back replaced when the part arrives in.

I cannot recommend this store highly enough.
Just before Christmas my son and I popped in to have a glass screen put on to his OnePlus 6 phone. My son had tried to install the one I'd bought on eBay at home, but ended up with the typical bubbles and dust specks that an amateur installation often incurs. So, we took the second screen protector to iBroke My Gaget in Bracknell and asked them to remove the one Jenson had put on and install the new one.
They cheerfully did this, then refused to take a penny for the work, even though we hadn't bought the sreen protector from them!
I was more than happy to pop in today with my daughter's new iPhone 8 to have a glass screen added to it and my husband's iPad Mini which had a cracked main screen.
Both jobs were completed within a couple of hours and at a really good price.
If you've got anything wrong with your phone or tablet these are the guys to go and see.

Work was done well but poor comms. I had my phone unlocked and was told 2 to 3 working days. After a week I went in as it hadn’t happened was told it would take 10 days. Pointed out that was not what I was told, they checked their computer and then agreed.
Was told it would be the next few days and I would get a sms to confirm. Never got the sms, just kept trying the phone and eventually it worked.
Seem a tad expensive as well.

Really great, came in today as my phone wasn't charging and the man was extremely helpful. He explained why it wasn't charging, how to stop it from braking again, fixed it and it only took him 30 minutes!
Would definitely recommend if you have some broken technology!

I was surprised how cheap these guys were being on a high-street. They outcompeted everyone, but more than anything they were helpful, polite and honest.
Due to the nature of my problem, they could have ripped me off. Instead they charged an hours labour and solved my problem.
Highly recommended.

I see that this shop in Bracknell has been rated very highly for service.. but personally I would recommend you be very careful about what you are paying for that service. The Camberley branch quoted me £45 for the supply and fit of a new phone battery whereas in Bracknell they wanted to charge me £71 just for supplying the battery.
When I queried this with the store manager the reason given was it was a head office mistake.
Hardly original of course, but that may even have been plausible had it not been for the fact that four other mobile repair shops in the area that I spoke to all quoted around the £45 mark as well !!
Therefore personally I would suggest that " I broke my gadget in Bracknell" be the very last place you ever try and only then after checking their prices against others . As clearly it seems they increase their prices on a whim to suit themselves and as in this case considerably higher that anyone else !!!
This has been my first.. and most definitely "my last" experience of "I broke my gadget in Bracknell".

I was seen very quickly by Hamzi. I was expecting to have to replace my phone port which would cost 50 quid but he said that he would save me money and fix it there and then. The problem was resolved a few minutes later. Overall a great customer experience.

Increasing to 5-star. ibrokemyGadget deserve it. It is more for the efforts taken to fix the issue rather than fixing the issue itself.
After the issue i reported and I was trying to find ways to recycle my phone but got a call from Stuart. He understood the problem and wanted to give a shot to fix it. As promised, ibrokemygadget technician has got my phone working and i replaced my screen as i earlier wanted. I can assure you that even there is an issue, ibrokemygadget team will listen to you and will try their best to fix it. Thank you!

Phone stopped working after screen change. No proper reason for the issue. So my understanding is they are replacing the screen because they got the tools not the knowledge of phone. If something happens to your phone after the fix then nothing can be done. Word of caution is to agree on terms before handing over your phone.
