Very Happy with the Swift Delivery..Purchased all my doors for my newly built house..Walnut Valencia Doors look Fabulous with a very Contemporary Finish. We also bought the SPC Vinyl Click flooring for the kitchen.. which comes with built in underlay. Looks absolutely fabulous. Thank you Guys.

Found these guys online. I had a few questions. The customer service was very professional & informative.
Easy transaction, kept me informed & the delivery services was brilliant.
Ordered on a Friday, delivered Monday (Huddersfield), the delivery company even notified me an hour before delivery, which was great.
The doors themselves are beautiful & now that they are fitted, I love looking at them!

I ordered 15 doors from Doors2Floors and they were super understanding. They allowed me to change my order details twice before delivery, were very responsive to emails and deliver very fast. In fact, it was too fast for me and they allowed me to delay delivery by two weeks to accommodate my work schedule. I would definitely recommend them.

This was a company that we found online , whilst searching for some Deanta doors. Their service was absolutely first class. Staff were really helpful and friendly, especially as this was the first time we were renovating our home and so we were unsure about handles and hinges.
Delivery to Bolton was no problem and they kept us well informed regarding the delivery date as certain doors were out of stock.
I would definitely recommend this company, they were also the most competitive in prices

Doors ordered on 1 July. Still waiting for delivery (26 August) and no updates without us chasing them - they still seem unable to give us an indication of when they might actually arrive, and our carpenters are shortly to leave site. Awful service.

We received our order of ten doors and they are very good quality just what we were looking for. I actually ordered one door an incorrect size and ish who dealt with me personally all the way through the process was a true professional and arranged for me to meet with their driver close to where I live so I could exchange the door. One very happy customer thanks again Ish. I would totally recommend using Doors2Floors if you need Internal doors .

Having needing a large number of doors for a full house remodel project, I came across Doors2Floors online, the prices were reasonable and very competitive- the website was easy to use and having sent an enquiry in to customise my order- I was contacted within hours.
The customer service and personable approach was of a great standard and the product knowledge was notable. It was the personable service and approach that swayed me towards my commitment and ended up purchasing 16 Grey Oak doors - mixture of FD30 and standard matching doors.
The sales rep was helpful and took the time and care needed to check for the various sizes and demands to make sure the items I needed were available with the supplier and made appropriate recommendations.
My delivery came within the stipulated time frame directly from the manufacturer and really impressed with quality. Looking forward to having them fitted very soon.
If you are looking for quality and looking for great pricing too, really would 100% recommend this company.

Placed an order online on 26th August for an internal door and it took ages to come and couldn’t get hold of anyone originally.
I finally managed to speak to a lovely guy called Charlie who explained due to staffing issues due to COVID-19 when I had been calling in the morning I was missing all the people in the office.
Couldn’t see why my door hadn’t been delivered and pushed this through and it arrived early the very next day which was amazing.
Door was of excellent quality too!
Nice to actually deal with someone who cared and was apologetic. I will use them again in the future.

Avoid this company and find someone reputable.
Whilst I found this company very helpful in the sales process, when it came to delivery and product quality the service was very poor.
We had to wait weeks for our doors to be delivered. When we finally received them they were chipped and warped.
We were finally given a delivery day and time for the replacements only to be told last minute that this had changed. No apology was given despite my having rearranged my schedule to accommodate the delivery.
I had a heated telephone call where the person I spoke to was very rude and very unprofessional, telling me he’d ‘had enough of customers’!
He also told me the doors weren’t warped (despite photos) and accused me of chipping the doors.
We finally received our replacement doors. The new doors aren’t perfect but we no longer wish to deal with this company.

AVOID - Don't bother with these jokers / scammers.
I have had to continually chase for updates on my order - promised delivery on a certain day as the doors were with the courier, that day came and passed. Called the next day and the doors were still in the "warehouse" - if that even exists.
Fortunately I payed via PayPal and have been reimbursed by them, after more lies about the refund from doors2floors.

Ordered the doors and the money was taken even before I agreed....waiting 2 weeks for the doors to be delivered and was ringing every day to be fobbed off. They finaly came and 1 was the wrong size 2 weeks later and still no exchange still getting fobbed off so canceled my other order as there so unprofessional and just tell you what you want to hear when you ring

Possibly the shadiest company i've ever dealt with. Bought 5 internal doors off them in Febuary. Delivery took nearly 2 months after a raft of excuses about supplier issues. Every door turned up damaged, luckily my chippie was able to hide them away apart from 1 with t scratch. The company are now refusing to change it, even though it turned up like that. Spend a few more pounds and go somewhere reputable.

Looks like this business has closed down. Took my money for a pair of doors then repeatedly failed to meet delivery promises, blatant lies about the doors being out for delivery on a courier. Now they are not answering the phone at all.

Do NOT use this company. Disgusting aftersales. wanted to swap 3 doors for different sizes and after 3 weeks of lies, was eventually told, their supplier put them on stop. I wanted a refund and then they charged me 20% re-stocking fee £94.56. Its a shady set up and small warehouse which is full of old dirty doors and rubbish. Might be cheap but make sure you don't need to deal with them after the purchase. it will make you so frustrated and Ill, just trying to get a small amount of truth from them.

I would avoid buying from this company as there is zero customer care or it seems guarantees with their doors. The paired internal doors we bought were warped. Spent a lot of time trying to get a replacement with no luck only time wasting and excuses. I originally decided to buy from their store rather online due to them being local just in case such a situation came to light but I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Ordered 5 Mexicana prefinished oak doors, best price i could find online nearly £20 per door cheaper than other suppliers. Longer delivery than i anticipated but doors2floors added 2 additional doors onto same order without charging extra postage! thanks again will be back to order a further 5 doors after my extension is completed.

I purchased a solid oak frame and door in Autumn 2015. The door, within one week of installation started to bow inwards. Within two weeks the middle section door panels bowed outwards. Despite multiple requests to them to replace or repair the door, they have done neither so I am now pursuing a legal option. I strongly recommend you go no where near this business.

Terrible and we will never use their services again. It's better to pay slightly more for a service that provides you with efficiency and peace of mind. Floors 2 doors , in our opinion is unorganized their service doesn't works for the customers. Our delivery was wrong and late, which cost us distress, they never pick up the phones, also no apologies. Our builder charges by the hour and because the lock of efficiency by floors 2doors, our builders cost was more then we budgeted. Should have use a more reliable service.

Ordered 2 bifold systems, all other companies could only supply the frame unfinished, they finished them for me. All the tracking system comes top hung so we have nothing at floor level, it all looks fantastic. Customer service and delivery times perfect too. Thank you very much.

Went in to the 'showroom' on a Sunday for two white doors, it wasn't open even though 30mins past opening time.
Went in again the next day and the guy laughed and said he opened up late. Didn't have the doors in the 'showroom' but said he would check in the warehouse and let us know later that week.
After numerous calls to him and him saying he'd call back the next day, was over 10 days until he finally said they had none in stock.
Didn't seem fussed and when I asked why he'd let us wait 10 days when we needed the doors he just said we were busy, I called him on the terrible customer service he'd given and his reply was "why would I care about two £60 doors" . Absolute terrible place, run by an incompetent guy who doesn't have a clue. Would advise not to waste your time.

Met these guys at the Ideal Home Show in London earlier this year, and they've been brilliant. Kept the exhibition prices for me for another month until I was ready to go ahead, and got everything delivered to me exactly as agreed. Everything has now been installed, and it looks stunning! ATTENTION!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS GUYS, DELIVERY TAKES AGES (1 MONTH BEHIND WITH JOB). THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAIL AND DOOR ARE NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISING. THERE ARE FOIL DOORS WHICH COULD BE BROUGH MUCH CHEAPER FROM HOWDENS/TRAVIS. BUNCH OF LIARS.
