Had my iPhone repaired recently very pleased with the service friendly staff and good price to

had my iPhone 6s repaired here recently. the screen was smashed didn't think it was repairable but the guy in the shop was able to change screen in 30 minutes as good as new now very friendly and professional would highly recommend to anyone needing there screens repaired and not expensive.

Perfect!! Such a lovely genuine guy, fixed my whole phone from water damage when i only went in for the camera and only charged me 20£ would definitely recommend and go here again :)

Former Weybridge resident nine years. Ex Law & Order officer. Went to shop in good faith was promised front screen samsung product for S5 excellent working condition. The owner clearly new what she was doing and thought by saying made an honest mistake quoting me £25 for front screen not back screen as the repeatedly claims I would just say go ahead and I will have the work completed for £75. I did not not clearly not happy decided to replace with a non samsung product which i was not made aware of although the owner is adamant I was this is a total fabrication of the truth My phone is no longer working since I left it for repair with REPAIRMYGADGET. The phone was not bent and old as the owner claims, clearly the owner is guilty of poor customer care and workmanship, Miss SHAH's only defence is to say "look at all our great reviews" That simple is not the wway to handle the sitution. Frankly also I do not care if the owner travelled 50 miles to her business and I was not aware of this also as the owner claims in her reply. To sum it all up I called one other shop that I wish I had gone to now but Miss SHAH competitive price was what swayed me and I used to live in Weybridge and felt a degree of trust how wrong was I. The lady's replies have been shockingly, dishonest and unprofessional. I will go to the original place I intended to go prior to speaking with Miss SHAH. I spoke to the technician on Monday 10/08/18 to explain what I have stated above, and said I am not happy with the care and skill carried out on my phone repair. The gentleman said he would be happy to refund me £25.00 and put my original cracked front screen back on the phone and will make sure my phone is working again when someone comes to collect it tomorrow. Prior to making this call I knew I would no longer require your services, given the misunderstanding with repeated calls to confirm price £25.00 prior to attending Repair My Gadget LTD, Weybridge. All I hoped for was to have my phone returned in perfect working order as it was when I handed my phone to you in Repair My Gadget LTD on Monday 27/08/18. The following day 11/09/18 someone did collect my phone with a full reund £25.00 and cracked front screen put back on, the real issue is my phone is still no longer working since I left for repair in your shop on Monday 27/08/18. Owner replied again fabricated the truth. Reviews were reason i called then your quote £25 for frnot sceen repair with Samsung product, coupled with Technician expertise I was informed. You do not run you business woth honesty and integrity at all given our experience. You informed the person who collected my phone to go home and switch the phone on as there was no power. The technician told my partner also he does not think the phone would work now he has put the old screen back on. I did not demand a full refund you offered. Highly skilled professional maybe but he has not taken care and lacked the skills needed to work on my phone.
