I can't fault them. Steve in support went out of his way to help and the engineer who came to site to do the wiring was professional, efficient and explained what he had done and advised some enhanced settings. He replaced the trim and I cannot see what he has done, which in the circumstances is a good thing.
The reviewer who had the bad experience appears to have had a rare off day from what I have seen of Chameleon's work.

One year ago I buy from Chameleon Colchester Dash camera Thinkwere F800-pro dual set.Since then I have changet two new bateries on my car because the cameras draing them. From the main dealers where I have sericing my vehicle reinsured me that defenetly the cameras cousing this problems afecting the volage on the sistem. Finaly after long debates on the phone from Chameleon offer me external separate batery for the cameras. 20 days ago they instal this devise and I have no problems so far.. ..The think is that I cannot understand is if they know that this is poticiler problem whay thy don't offer my this solution on the first place..? I have spend so far almost £600.00 for the cameras and instalations. when I compare on the market now there is a much chipper solutions. Think twise before to go to this people...

Ordered Thinkware F800 Pro had a few issue installing but Steve from Chameleon Codewing was very helpful as I was fitting the unit myself. After finally getting the unit installed and working it developed a fault. Unit was return for a speedy replacement. Second unit wasn’t powering on and again Steve was very helpful again and sent a car lighter power cable to rule out a fault with the second unit. Turn out to be a broken wire on the hard wiring kits. Replaced wire and now all working fine. Through the whole experience Chameleon Codewing went over and above to get things resolved, great customer services.

Do not buy LED lightbars from this company, wanted a new controller due to old one broken, exactly same controller for sale on website but they refused to sell one saying it won't work- wanted me to buy a new lightbar instead! Bought controller from RVL lighting - fitted and working- lost a sale there Chameleon.

Had a Bury CC9060 unit that had not been updated with new software since 2008. Bury Germany tok a while to reply and Chameleon was the only company to get back in touch - original fitters had gone bust. Had ppart updated and the machine was frozen. Steve asked me to send it down and he would have a look - eventually a sent all that he neede by Monday and the update tested unit came back on Tuesday. THANKS A MILLION could not have been more helpful when I am a few hundred miles away! These guys go the extra mile and some.
