They have a good knowledge of their products and quickly source parts if they are not in stock. Polite, friendly service. Highly recommend them.

Seriously would recommend Hinckley Motor Spares, very warming and polite staff members. The owner of the company Shabir and his team have been great help since I’ve had bad experience with other stores. There’s no corporate attitude or ego. Can’t recommend them enough. They’re now my go to guys.

Was in a little bind, I urgently needed a coolant reservoir cap and some coolant (which they had!). However, I hadn't enough cash and my card's contactless wasn't working nor could I remember my pin...doh!
Being 5pm the bank wasn't an option for a withdrawal, so was VERY fortunate the staff there took the time to talk with my bank over the phone to exchange some details to facilitate an online transaction.
Really appreciated the extra help, it meant alot. Shows the commitment they give to good customer service. Will shop again.
