Really pleased with the BMW that we purchased from this garage. Was a long distance away from us so we really had to rely on Dean's description and word that the car was as it looked! Drove over 3 hours to get there and so glad that we did!! Car looked great and drove really well. Part exchange was easy and we have no complaints. Dean was helpful and honest and I would buy from him again.

I presume the 5* reviews on Autotrader are hand picked and bad ones can be deleted. I questioned his reviews on google and he said "well look at what one of the guys who left a review he also left a review at macdonalds" all people who write fake reviews must eat at macdonalds! All was great at first Dean couldn't do enough for you during lockdown was offering a delivery service of the car. But he would never respond via text, if you messaged he would pick up the phone to avoid leaving record trail. I contacted Dean to let him know the car had been overheating. He was friendly at the start and then after I told him about the issue and a list of things I needed repairing he said "you have a cheek to be ringing me about this after I delivered the car too you". The call was left at that, he offered no sort of resolution. As you can see with the pictures the radiator is secured to the car with cable ties, appreciate he isn't a mechanic and neither am I but the car wasn't in a good condition. It was meant to have been fully serviced as a gesture of goodwill with receipts as evidence. This wasn't done, the air filter I replaced myself as I always do an this is meant to be 1 month worth of build up! The water pump had stopped working because the previous owner had put a radiator seal liquid in the coolant tank which when you look in the expansion tank it is like a flakey glistening on the surface. The radiator is clearly damaged as you can see in the pictures. All is repaired now at the cost of around £600 to myself. This isn't normal wear and tear. Anyway just make sure you know what your letting yourself in for. The garage he uses for his servicing are down the road and they must just write invoices for him. I called them and questioned them which is another story.

Outstanding!!!! I honestly can't thank Dean enough he has gone above and beyond yet again I bought a scirocco from Dean a year ago and it's been amazing needing a bigger car I went back and I now have a beautiful Mercedes which is yet again running perfect anyone looking for a perfect/ reliable car then Dean is your guy he is 100% genuine nothing was too much trouble even with all my nagging ( both times ) it was ready when I asked and how I asked for it iv never met a nicer car sales person before thank you Dean ill see you when it's time to upgrade

Just took delivery of a 2015 Audi A4 avant which we purchased off the internet. The sale was stress free with which we got free delivery as being nhs workers which was a nice touch. The car was delivered on the arranged date and as described in the advert it was in mint condition and as made us very happy. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely buy again off them .

I do not recommend buying a car from this garage or Dean!!!! I brought a Seat ibiza back in January when I went to view the car and test drive it everything was good and how you would expect, so I decided to put a deposit down and pick the vehicle up the following weekend. The following weekend we picked the car up and drove 9 miles down the road to break down I rang dean and he was not one bit interested that we broke down he didn't even ring a recovery man to help us I had to sort it all myself and pay £180 to be recovered, to find out the car was in limp mode, gearbox was faulty and the list could go on. The next day I rang dean for a refund and he refused to give me a refund he wanted me to get the vehicle fixed which I refused as I couldn't trust him with paying the cost for fixing the car. So I rang trading standards to see what my rights were and I was entitled to a refund but he still refused. After months and months trying to get my money back I had no other option to take the garage to court but he ignored me and I didn't hear anything from him still the end of September where he one last chance to give me the refund or he was going to court, after this he got someone else to message me to sort out the dispute. After 10 months of having the car sat on my drive he finally refunded me the money and took the car away! If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! stay away!!!

Had to buy a new car after ours was written off in January and found a 2016 corsa at YCS. Nigel was incredibly attentive (as you'd expect) in the sales process. But, also went above and beyond helping us after too. Had a minor hole in the rear light cover, which was sorted quickly. No issues at all with the car and its breezed through its recent service. Absolute pleasure dealing with this company. I contacted the garage to discuss my interest in an Audi A1 and spoke to Nigel who went out of his way to do me the best possible deal. He had the car MOTd and delivered to my door 24 hours later after an hours drive for him. He kept in contact the whole way through and the customer service was exceptional. The car is a dream to drive. Would definitely buy from this garage again as the whole process couldn’t have been easier for me. Thanks again Nigel!

I am absolutely over the moon with my Focus ST Line X - 182BHP model. This was one of only 2 used 182BHP focus’ in the country for sale in the the lovely metallic royal blue(desert island blue as its officially called) and with only 5k miles on the clock, was only marginally more expensive than the other - which aside from being 140 miles away from my home in Leeds... had nearly 40k miles on the clock. Both Dean and Nigel were great to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them in the future! I didn’t let any negative reviews deter me, as I believe it’s best to make your own judgment call and always be diligent prior buying a car and like with most goods/services - 95% of happy customers don’t even leave review.

Starts off great over the phone then when you go and pick the car up you notice the reverse camera is broken you Mention it to dean and he says that’s fine get a quote to get it repaired and I’ll cover it it’s fine, you take the car away get a quote 2 months later he still hasn’t paid it saying he’ll find a camera him self he then pays you almost half the price of the camera as waiting 2 months was being inpatient, after having the car for 2 months it’s needed new tires and a new rear differential as it was worn already but dean won’t answer the phone to you after you’ve bought the car off of him he’ll ignore your call then answer a call off another number 30 seconds later, would not recommend to anyone unless you want a falling apart car ????

long story short was a muck about from start to i would say finish but after buying the car in june i still have not recieved my main remote key.. finance company have tried contacting the dealers time after time to resolve this issue but nothing is resolved. the car arrived with several bumps and very visable scratches, main key missing, completely run empty of fuel, no new tyres as promised due to being advised on mot but had simply swaped back tyres onto the front and no paper trail to back up any of these promises as was nevery replied to via email or text ect anytime i message they just called me. the car was impounded during delivery to myself so was pushed back by a day after me travelling into the city which is a 2 hour round trip and standing waiting in the city for several hours only for the car not to arrive. the car was impounded due to not being taxed despite the fact i had asked for detail to be sent over to tax and insure the vehicle i never recieved the information. and as the car never arrived when it was supposed to i was at work when the car arrived didnt get a chance to check it over and as i needed the car immediately for work i let go the fact it was not as described... overall dont waste your time customer service is rubbish and chances are you will not grt what you have paid for....

I bought a car from Dean around 6 months ago and all was well, or so I thought. When I purchased the car all seemed well however the problems started to unfold within a day of owning the car I was already purchasing new parts to fix the car, I raised these problems with Dean as I had a power drainage issue however all Dean seemed to focus on was me buying a new alternator and he will pay for fitting even though I kept on telling him that this want the problem I had with the car so I decided to leave it and pay for it myself £300! After having the car for around a month the suspension felt Atrocious and I had no cushion on the car and it was awful to drive. I have raised these issue with Dean and he is completely rude and has no sympathy for my situation with it being my first car and being 18 and don’t have a disposable income. He completely disrespects me and offers no customer service that his website states he has. I arranged to meet him 3 times and he no showed every time.Appallin

Bought a Mazda 6, engine warning light came on 30mins later, then engine made a knocking noise. Dean said he would sort both problems out, 6 week later no problems have been fixed and now the windscreen is cracked!, to the car to Mazda to be fixed at £1200 to me. YCS is a cowboy outfit stay well away!!!

DEAN ROBERTS IS A LIER! I Bought a x5 from here that came with afull 12 months mot but i got suspicious and had it checked over by VOSA who failed it on 1 DANGEROUS defect 6 MAJOR defects and 1 ADVISORY so naturally i requested to be refunded as i was legally entitled to a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015 but was flat out refused, dean tryed to blame the mot station but but testers dont jeopardise there lively hood for nothing dean Roberts..... If you smell a rat its because there is one!!.... Dean Roberts has no regard for your lawful rights so buyers beware

Pre arranged to go and view a car. Spoke to the owner during the week and explained I would be travelling from Leeds to view a specific car on the Sunday. The owner explained that he was not working, but gave me the details of the salesman who would be there. I arrived on the Sunday 15 minutes later than expected, and 45 minutes after their opening time. Nobody was there, the salesman wasn't answering my calls. I called and messaged the owner explaining that nobody was here. He did explain that somebody should be there and apologised. I waited another 30 minutes and then gave up. Perhaps you should employ better salesmen who actually turn up to work.

Not happy with service . had the car 2 weeks done nothing but brake down would not recomend this dealer and refused a refund .it was up with full service history and only got last 2 mot,s Not only spring broke but since has had new track rod ends anti rollbar drop links front discs and pads ive only had the car 4 weeks
