The 5 stars is for the Attendant who was lovely and polite.
However, I give 2 stars for the wash it's self. I paid £12 for it...The rollers are very aggressive and have left scratch marks everywhere, especially down the sides of the car :-( calipers and rims are still caked in dirt and there's mucky watermarks all over the car and windows. I'm gutted at the scratches. Will make sure I stay away from car washes in the future and opt for a human valet ha!
Lovely, polite and helpful staff though, both on the phone and in person.

Not great today. I know the guy in front needed help getting his car through the wash but then as a result you didn’t really do any prep on my car resulting in this for a £12 top range wash. I know this isn’t your usual standard and I’d rather not go elsewhere but not good enough today.
Edit: good response and customer service with a complimentary wash provided for next time.

£1.60 for a wash with water only can't do any other treatments so was pushed for a £5 wash. Missed loads still :(

I paid £10 for a the full wash and didn't even get a pre wash. The car came out with bird poo on it and the wheels hadn't been cleaned and still covered in road dirt. Went back to complain and the guy was rude and wasn't interested. Good job there's plenty of alternatives in the area. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I always wash our car here but today wasn't good , I paid for a wash which includes a pre attended wash, but all he did was squirt something on the windows, didn't wash it or the wheels which they usually do, think he was too busy having his lunch. When we got back home car is still dirty, very disappointed.

Visited on the 30th March. Paid on the iPhone which got declined however the attendant had already started on the car. He knocked on my window and informed me of this. I asked to try again and it went through. However the attended starter to be incredible rude stating I was wasting his time even thou there was no one waiting. He then told me to bring cash next time. He went want back to brush the car and starting banging the side of the car.
I often visit this car wash as it is value for money and the attendants are usually very helpful. However this has definitely put me off and I will be avoiding in future!

. KEEP AWAY. KEEP AWAY. Just had a quick £1.50 car was here. The guy tried up selling me a higher car wash as he said it won't clean properly? ???. My car is black and always clean only reason I wanted a quick wash was to get the grass cuttings off the front as where I park it had been cut and all bits over my car. The attendant cut the drier half way through so I had to drive over the rail that pulls you through. Drove round and said it hadn't dried my car . He said tough for £1.50 what do you expect. Erm a dry car I explained. He then just walked away. I always used this car wash but no more. Think I will use the one on asda.

Arrived at the carwash at 17.00. Tried to pay on card and was told i couldnt as it was getting towards closing and he couldnt be bothered to change his takings for the day as he had already filled them in.
