The guys at cex is great and very helpful I have visited them and purchased a ton of devices and would highly recommend them. The product prices are incomparable to others and the fact that they give you 2 years warranty on all purchases is crazy. Even if you buy a 6 year old phone you have 2 years warranty?!?! How can you beat that?

Might be okay if you want to buy something but selling here is impossible - been coming for 2 weeks trying to sell a few PS4 games and a Blu Ray and it’s always the same answer - no cash available as someone previously sold a phone and wiped them out. You would have thought places like this would be a little bit more prepared, it’s so frustrating.

A depressing place. Given the 3:1 ratio of staff to customers it was surprisingly difficult to get any help. If you want used DVDs I would recommend charity shops. If you are after electrical items I would imagine almost anywhere else will be better

I clearly visited on the wrong day. Unhelpful staff could not be bothered to show me the items behind the display because they could not be bothered to bring them to the counter. So instead of purchasing around 20 items I purchased the couple they were willing to actually show me.

Have patience when visiting and try to avoid busy times. Staff are friendly and helpful, but transactions are necessarily lengthy. Phone and tablet checks are not carried out immediately and can take quite a few hours at busy times. Be prepared to come back the next day.

I've tried to purchase things from here a couple of times but have been unable to either because the staff are busy on the till laptops or someone is selling what seems like their entire dvd library. More than once I've just put a game back on the shelf because I've been kept waiting for too long. Maybe they could reserve one till for purchases only.

Whatever game you want is available, and not too expensive. They are used of course. The only gripe is that the games are not in all Cess, so you'll probably have to travel to buy it/them. A last thing, if buying from the web they charge postage per item, which is wrong. If buying 3 games, they charge £1.50 for each game.

Aren’t capable of paying £26 via bank transfer. 2 items traded in. Told the money would be in my account by 1600 the next day, and that time came and went and I got nothing. No response from there customer service online so far. Absolutely useless.

Staff could do with learning a little bit of customer service when I went in they just stood there talking then when I said I needed to buy a new phone £180 phone they soon turned there attention ???? just remember smile and not stand out the front with your Mrs or whoever she is while people are trying to look rant over ????

I purchased a Pixel XL 32GB in December 2017. First class customer service and a seriously good phone for a seriously cheap price. Although it was a b grade this was only because it didn't have the original box. The condition of the phone was immaculate and a 2 year warranty! Saved over £300 from buying it new! The young guy in the store also showed my father in law lots of different tablets as he's new to them and was very informative and helpful!

I always love to go to CeX to buy Xbox one games. When I upgraded my crappy 360 to an Xbox one we didn't know what to do with all the 360s games/accessories. I had heard about a place called CeX where that take in your old electronic things. So one morning I got all my 360 stuff together went to CeX gave it all in came out with an £108 voucher to spend in the store so I bought with that voucher a new Xbox one controller and a bunch of games and I still has money left out! I am so glad I gave all that stuff to CeX. I recommend!
