Friendly staff and good selections. They have a sega genesis controller im eyeballing for a while now. On the pc side, they kept a used gtx 980ti that'll go great with someone using a 4th gen intel processor.

CeX experience is limited to exchanging video games and accessories. So far a hassle free experience which offers a voucher, or cash of a lesser value, in exchange for second hand items. Always a good reference point too for valuing items for reselling.

Bought a game for my little nephew to disc missing when gave it to him.
Ridiculous when a customer has to open everything to check all content is there!
Lucky was only £6 and cost of going back there and park will be as much as the game.

Lovely staff, pricing needs to be improved. You can often buy brand new for less elsewhere. Very expensive for a second hand shop. Good warranty provided on goods which is a bonus.

Had such a pleasant experience at this shop, as the staff are always ready to help and they have the necessary knowledge and positive attitude towards the customers who makes any visit, an awesome one. Worked with more of them and they all are great people but want to mention Jessie , Luke , and another amazing staff who had Beats headphones and helped me to choose mine. Apologies because I forgot his name .............they were on shift Sunday, 25.08.18.
Strongly recommend visiting them at all times when there is a need to buy, discuss or just ask for opinions as they are going extra mile for the best response. Thank you guys xx , you are the best

Great store but trading in can be a pain and can reduce stuff to grade B even though it's never used in the box , and not a single Mark can be pointed out, And will not take items still in original wrapping because it's a "2nd hand store".

I screwed up in the Uxbridge store yesterday and bought Overwatch, not realising I needed to upgrade my Xbox live account. So, I returned it to the store in Feltham and exchanged it for two more games that I've had my eye on for some time. The gentleman who served me was very helpful, understanding and non judgemental. Regural customer at cex all over ...the day I went into Feltham store I need it an help as my bike was stolen ..I c an't moan as guys followed policies but little advice - bit of humanity is sometimes more important than anything written in a paper ... I end up having nearly everything downgraded dispite all the staff was new so I end up selling only my pair of headphones which was in silver colour priced for 12 cash my headphones were black and they requested price from their head office as guy could. Or find matching colour in their system when they replied the price was 8- bit shocking

Good selection of 2nd hand games and friendly staff. If you wanted to set yourself up with an older gaming system from here, you could do it, with hardware and controllers plus the games, a £150 spend would seriously set you up.... Probably with 20-50 games.
As long as you know what you're looking for of course.... Generally cex's prices are better than the fools trying to rip you off on ebay.

Excellent experience from this branch of CEX. Luke, the shift manager was able to sort out the items that I want to trade in for the GPU I wanted in a seamless manner. Honest and transparent pricing. Got more than I was expecting. The two year warranty is a PLUS! Good job CEX Feltham
