Staff tells inmates one thing while doing another. Hand out write ups and take time from people who were doing nothing wrong. Passed the TASC / GED during my stay there and was told it would not say I earned my diploma in prison, but on the back of the diploma it does indeed say I achieved it while at Branchville Correctional Facility. Will retest elsewhere so I wont be branded by employers, this is a system that needs work.

I like it a lot better being on this side of the fence. The other side sucks.

I've read the previous reviews, and just a reminder, this is jail, if your loved one as mine is here, it's of their own doing, don't expect more than the 'inmate' is willing to give

This is a racist facility there are no African American employees here at all. I was here i know!!! i completely understand that there are NOT many in the area, however this place does NOT treat black men as they do white men. the dhb board DOES NOT hear blacks as they do whites. IM NOT RACIST but this is not the place for black people. they have serious issues with the aryan brotherhood and saxon knights. Staff members are also in cahoots with these white supremacy organizations. The only reason i gave this place a star at all is because i had to in order to post this..
