I had the opportunity to meet new people and had the privilege to work in different places and have different types of work including bar waiting, from hospitality to plate waiting. They sent me to a job half an hours drive away after me asking them if I needed experience, they told me i did not. When i got there i was told by the client i had to leave as i had no experience. Berry were incredibly unhelpful in this situation, refused to pay my travel time (1 hour round trip) and said it was my fault, even though I went to them to ensure I didnt need experience.
After my complaints about how this situation was handled they removed me from the jobs list with no warning or explanation given. Very poor conduct overall.

Would not recommend this agency at all they want proof of wifes hospital appointments for a days off , they are very rude and talk down at you like a child not helpful at all ,and drop you at short notice ,wife fell ill and was very rude as i didnt ring in over the weekend ,stay clear of this people (loughborough branch) very very bad agency!!!!!!
