If you like hifi this shop is an Aladdin’s cave! Lots of kit available and knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve made a few purchases over the years and is my first port of call for all my hifi needs! Shops like this are a rarity!

Too expensive
Popped in here for some speaker cable. They happily charged me £5 per metre for something that costs £2.50 everywhere else.
I'm happy to support my local businesses. I'm also happy to pay a bit more when doing so. But brazenly doubling the price is a step too far.

I cannot recommend Audio Gold highly enough. I recently damaged my vintage high-end speakers, beyond repair so I thought. However, I decided to take a punt on these guys, and they worked a little bit of magic, repairing the damaged speaker and returning it to its full performance potential. 5 stars - absolutely - no question.

I have a beautiful vintage Dual turntable that was playing up a little. These guys diagnosed the problem and fixed it brilliantly and without fuss. And the charges are fair and reasonable. My hifi go-to place from now on. Your gear is in safe hands with these guys. Would fully recommend.
