Worst experience as a candidate who went for the interview. They took about a whole day conducting multiple rounds (interview with the CEO, 2 written tests, and final an-hour long, another F2F interview with the key person (as they said). I got free post 8PM and everyone in the HR deptt. had left by then (as the person in the last round told me). After the last round, the person told me you'd get a call from the HR. I'm glad to finally meet someone with experience and skills we require.
After waiting for a few days, I emailed their HR (who invited me for the interview), asking for the feedback or result. She replied, "Although our management was impressed with your skill set, we cannot proceed with your candidature as of now."
@HR - Why do you call people for interviews when you're not sure about them. I humbly request you to please discuss JD and Salary (both current and expected) before inviting people for interview in person.
