Till member of staff shouting, literally shouting, from behind her protective scren, at an old dear to stand away further from the till. Had she spoken to me like that I would have complained. Unfortunately there are no managers about for me to complain. With this in mind I'm off to BandM to do the rest of my shopping.

This is a good size branch of my favourite shop. Trying not to spot a bargain is difficult, trying not to leave the shop without a full basket is even harder. The shop is clean and always well stocked yet the staff are always ready to help when they can. Perhaps I'm not supposed to do this so I'll whisper that my favourite branch of my favourite shop is actually a few miles away in Holywell where I live. Shhh..
