Crowded most of the time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you visit early in the morning, probably you will not wait for the representative. Three mobile plans and offers are present in the store. Also, the newest mobile phones are exhibited.
I recommend unlimited Internet data and voice plan 32£ per month. It is £37 in fact, but it's 32 with a direct debit card automatic payment.

Signing a contract wasn't very difficult, however there were issues with the connectivity to the network, something which the sales representative clearly stated would allow me to cancel the contract without any fees within 14 days. I tried to cancel the contract 2 days after signing, within the terms, which they made me wait 40 minutes to do, as only a manager could do it apparently, and then the manager tried to falsely threaten that they would "normally charge me for cancelling and going with another network", (even though that wasn't the reason I was cancelling), but they'll make an exception this time because the sales reps had made incorrect statements to me. Be careful of their assurances, make sure everything is in writing, and the signal is definitely not as reliable as other larger providers.

Popped in and spoke to a very informative staff member regarding my lack of service. Although nothing could be done he clearly explained the issues and the reason why other networks worked and theirs didn't in certain places. Recommend this store based purely on this guys knowledge and enthusiasm.

The staff are really friendly and really help to support you to make a decision about your phone. They try to save you money rather than to buy the most expensive phone there. I was really struck by the clean and sleek asthetic of the shop. However there are steps as soon as you get in and no ramps for wheel chair users. Apart from that I'd you are looking for a place to try out a range of phones including the RAZR and honor phones.

Staff ok but when they realise you're not buying a brand new phone on this visit they're not so great as they then try to hurry you along with your purchase. Queuing system might be useful as we were called before others who had been waiting longer at least twice.

To be honest, really terrible staff. Not only do they refuse to help and tell you to phone hotline, they treat students like they were new/ knowing nothing and try to get you to sign more expensive contracts. Simply asked for a SIM for a friend, then I was asked what plan am I using (which is irrelevant), that the plan is going to end soon, and whether I would like to upgrade right now? Just plain ridiculous.

Rude and unhelpful.
The 'gentlemen' in this store (I use this term loosely) are extremely rude, passive aggressive, and quite clearly just in it for their own commission (or whatever incentive scheme Three have for their store employees).
Asking simple questions and I was greeted with unfriendly responses, I wanted to purchase a product there and then but was so perturbed by the salesman (and whom I believe to be the manager who came over) I instead went next door to the Carphone Warehouse where I received much friendlier treatment, advice and eventually received a far better deal anyway.
Don't go here, go online or to a third party store like Carphone Warehouse.

I can only suggest that the staff has changed since the previous reviews were written.
I travel extensively and my job takes me to the wildest locations in the West Country.
I changed my supplier from o2 to 3 because of the great wifi coverage.
In my new two year contract I also have a brilliant 4G Huawei Mobile
device which is fantastic and provides me with superb "wi-fi with legs" coverage wherever I may find
myself.
The whole changeover was set up by an extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable member
of staff. I received one-to-one help throughout which was a far superior service than has ever been
provided by staff at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store.
JUST ASK FOR TONY and I guarantee that you will be provided with first class service second to none.

I have visited this store twice in my life. Once was due to work, training the in store staff on a device. Another was just to ask a few simple questions and possible buy something. each visit was about a year between each other so i wasnt expecting anything bad to happen.
When i was trying to train the in store staff, they were rude to me. didnt want to talk to me or give me their time. they then insulted me and mocked me. they didnt care for my information and they just saw me as a hassel. I just walked out of that shop shaking my head at how they treated me, thankful i wasnt buying anything there.
recently i returned as a customer, being in the vicinity. I asked if they would sell phones outright and they claimed the only way to do so would be if i went on to one of their plans (this i believe was only relevant to some of their phone). he then offered me their best deal to which i claimed that i didnt really want to change over from my current plan. his tone immediately changed and he was just abrupt and gave me reasons why i should change to his plan. I explained why i didnt want to change and he just said i was wrong and i didnt know what i was doing. i said im not interested and thanked him. he just grunted and walked away.
Extremly rude, horrible people. I would avoid this place at all costs, not all 3 stores are bad, but this was just damn right rude. Not impressed and would always guide people away from that place.

Visited the store when my new phone, bought at another branch, was not working and the staff were very helpful. Even allowed me to borrow one of their mobiles to phone a relative when I needed to confirm some details in order for them to access my account. Within 5 minutes my phone was fixed and I was on my way.
