Currys PC World let me down at Christmas saying an item would arrive before Christmas. They took my order and payment and didn't send my item. After Christmas they said sorry and think this is good enough. Poor service and now will be my last retailer that I will use.

Tried to order online, the payment was processed but the order was not. On the appointed delivery day nothing arrived, but I wasted all day because we weren't told the order failed. Three and a half weeks, and two refund requests later, and so far nothing. Avoid. Really.

The covid measures are good. However the TV section only had one member of staff there for help and Advice as this section was the busiest therefore I would suggest two members of staff be available. We travelled to argos and got what we wanted within 15 MINUTES.

Ok same as any currys any where. Easy parking and free. Disappointed with the have to wait for one to be delivered from the factory policy as could do that on line for a lower price. You dont get the after care now when things go wrong so save money get it on line.
