Absolutely awful.
Went there with a cracked phone screen for a replacement. Was able to pick it up the next day, fair enough...and then two days later the upper half of it just stopped working. No impacts, not dropped or anything, it was in my pocket and just stopped.
Took it back, and they attempted to charge us for another replacement, at full price. No thank you. It'd have been cheaper to just buy a new phone.
