October 2020 - Another visit today, everyone was once again really friendly. August 2020 - Everyone at the Three Store in Mk is helpful and friendly. The store is located in a great area, with lots of parking and easy to find.

I went into the three shop the other evening and was served by Paul he is really knowledgeable helpful and friendly and sold me a great phone which I am very pleased with . I had a couple queries the following eve after I had used phone and Aaron helped again very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this shop if you want a new phone . Hope you have a lovely Christmas ????

Its 2021 why can't you return items. Sold a phone as a replacement for a lost device under advice from a salesperson, turned out to be in no way a comparable device and very sluggish in comparison.

Don't go here if you want customer service. They are only interested in selling. No one interested in helping, told to ring Three support. It was Three that told me to visit the store. All I needed was a replacement SIM card. Left for an hour trying to get through to Three telephone support in the store, only to be told again that the store should help me. The woman on the phone then spoke to the manager to tell them to help. Got dirty looks from the staff because they wanted to sell to people rather than help. When they did eventually try to help, after Three support told them to, they barely spoke to me and spent the time looking at all the customers they could sell to. Avoid this store.

Turned away at the door given the reason that shop could not help me with a long standing "Billing Issue" as they are retail sales only. Was given a number to ring which was effectively where I started. A little disappointing as this establishment should be a focal point for customer service.

Absolutely the worst. Each member of staff shares different pieces of information and completely opposite to what customer service tells you on the phone . Manager never seems to be there when he also bizarrely seems to be the only one authorised to do things. Assistant Managers are namesake. Everyone seems to be trained in selling but no one can problem solve or help with cancellations (even though this is enthusiastically marketed to you when you're buying their product in store) Been a customer with a whole family on 3 for 10 years and the past week of service at this store has been the most appalling.

TERRIBLE RECEPTION- when the identified that there signal is poor they refused to re-emburse me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their offer great data packages that you CANNOT use as you will have no signal.

Horrible Customer service and App. I don't care it was due to Covid-19 or whatever excuse , just horrible experience!! I had tried to cancel my contract 2 months ago with no success. No one would answer on the live chats or emails or phone. Web browser would not work, a lot of "website not available" errors ,no success. They kept charging me obviously, I didn't even know about that as the app wasn't working, and yesterday to receive a threatening email involving debt collection agencies. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service. The staff made us wait for 30 minutes, offering us different low priced phones for a high monthly payment. The phone that we wanted was said to be "unavailable" and it is only possible to order by post. When in the end, after almost 30 minutes of waiting, we said that we want to order by post, they said that is unavailable. We came home and ordered the same "unavailable" phone in less then 15 minutes.

After 7 visits .dozens of phone calls as they wont ring u back and promice after promice .this when all i wanted was a simple cancellation and a good deal.my advice stear clear of the shop there not intersted in sorting a problem they just make a promice then when u ring to see how its going turns out they did nothing and went on holiday. The managers are permantly in meetings .after over 5 weeks i finally left with a deal i didnt want

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Purchased £35 worth of an add on bundle at the store on Sunday. Was supposed to be all unlimited. By Thursday night, it was all gone!! Went to the store after work to sort out an issue, only to be told “sorry, no manager on site, we can’t help. Come back between 9-5 tomorrow”...right I can’t do that, I am working. “Call customer services”. Ok, I will do that. “Wait our systems are down till tomorrow you can’t call them”. What am I supposed to do? What an incompetence! The indifference with rich I was treated in store beyond astonishing.

TO FLEE ! (FRENCH BELOW) I bought a pay as you go simcard in this shop (10£). The card was never activated. I called 10 times the customer service, I asked online chat and I Went 2 times in the shop. After 7 days, Pete "shop manager" activate the simcard but it was still not working on my phone (I specify that this phone is unlocked and worked with other english simcard in the past) ... He tried the simcard in 4 phones. Only 2 phones were working, but not mine ... As I did not used the simcard, I don't want to be charged for it. I asked for refund. Manager refused, because it is "HIS CHOICE"... I was very angry and asked for a complaint to the competent service. But this manager did not want to give me email or adress. He gave me a number : vocal service only ... what a pity ! Moreover, manager and staff do not hesitate to maake fun of you if you try to speak english. Manager even threatened me if I try to come back ... To conclude, a shop dishonest, without humanity and who pays the head of foreigners ... A SHAME. A FUIR ! Dans ce magasin, le service client est inexistant. J'ai acheté une carte sim prépayée pour 10 livres qui ne s'est pas activée. J'ai du contacté 10 fois le service client, faire appel au chat en ligne et retourner 2 fois dans la boutique. Après 7 jours d'attente, le manager du magasin (Pete), active finalement la carte. Cette dernière ne fonctionne pas dans mon téléphone désimbloqué ... La carte est alors testée dans 4 téléphone. Elle ne fonctionne que dans 2 téléphones, et pas dans le mien évidemment ... Je demande alors un remboursement pur et simple du produit que je n'ai pas utilisé. Le manager me dit qu'il refuse de me rembourser, qu'il n'y a aucun remboursement dans son magasin et que si cela ne fonctionne pas c'est uniquement de ma faute ... Je commence très sérieusement à m'énerver et demande à laisser une réclamation auprès d'un service compétent pour obtenir réparation. Le manager et son équipe refuse de me communiquer l'email ou l'adresse d'un service à qui écrire. Je n'ai eu le droit qu'à un numéro qui n'aboutit qu'à un service vocal ... En plus de cette absence totale de service client, les vendeurs n'hésitent pas à se moquer ouvertement de vous quand vous essayez de vous exprimer en anglais mais que ce n'est pas votre langue maternelle ... Le manager et son employé ont même fini par me menacer si j'essayais de revenir ... Bref, un magasin malhonnête, sans humanité et qui se paye la tête des étrangers ... Une HONTE.

Initially staff where friendly, got to see an adviser but he just didn't listen very well and seemed like he just wanted to move to the next customer. Paying for a data sim that has never worked and his solution was to pay for an additional sim rather then fix the one on already paying for. That's not really looking after your customers is it....

Was in the store with my friend helping him cancel his contract and with the help of an employee Nick he did everything possible and finally canceled my friends contract thanks to no help from the women on the phone u originally have to ring up he was super polite and very determined to get the job done. I give 2 stars to Three in MK, would have been 1 but they were friendly so I'll give them that. My contract is up next month so wanted to see a Samsung S8/S8+, the staff member I spoke to was lovely but she said she was in iphone person and didn't know a lot about them, this was the same with another guy she called over to help. They said I needed to wait for someone who was already serving, I had been there 15 minutes and he was still busy so decided to leave. I don't expect them to know everything about every phone, but knowledge to at least have shown me the phone and a brief look at its features would have been helpful. I went to the 3 store in Northampton, they were all very knowledgeable and showed me what I needed to know/see. A 3 customer for 8 years, very disappointed!

Just walk inside the shop for buying a new mobile phone, two staff ladies were sitting down and started to stare at me and my husband and started to laugh , how disgusting is for staff to act like that, I ask what she was staring at and she laugh again and went inside the office with the another lady, you supposed selling mobile phones and not judging other people clothing and shoes etc !! Disgusting !! So upset !!

Every time I enter the store , the service is Amazing. I am loyal customer for last 10 years, I always come back as receiving fantastic service and customer care. Regardless if I buy or only enquire something I always receive the best help. I like the way if all consultants are busy with other customers they immediately ensuring me that somebody will be with me very shortly, they never ignore any customers entering in. In the beginning of this year I came to renew 2 contracts and I have received Amazing service from Haseeb, he was quite new in the store, but he made sure he will give me the best of service and help, I am quite demanding customer, but nothing was any trouble for him. I wanted to stay loyal to him coming for my third contract, but as he was already busy with clients. I have been looked after by Yannick, who has given me the best service also. He was Really patient with all my questions and he made sure that I am happy with the deal. Also Dan came to conversation and explained my further queries and has been very helpful. I would like to say Massive thank you to Haseeb and Yannick. This Guys are A Huge credit to your store. I am recommending your Store to all my Friends and Family. Bought a phone here on sunday 4th dec 2016 one hour before closing. Staff very knowledgeable and transferred all my info from old phone to new without any moaning about the time.
