Jon, Jay and Jo are a fantastic team and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have had a few issues with new iphones and calling Vodafone got us nowhere apart from wanting to kill a whole call centre! The guys in Worthing are first class and they actually care about looking after the customer and making it right, we cannot praise the Worthing Vodafone team at Montague Street highly enough. My network provider but the shop in town was useless! Have a recent new phone but they ve no cases for and trying to sell me cheap knockoff cigarette lighter chargers! Will just order the fast charge 45w one from samsung.

Never pick the phone up been trying to contact the store for 3 days and no luck. Lost out on big sale there! Atleast get put a voicemail on there maybe apologising for being busy or call people back another time.

Went into store today to get my phone fixed as the screen had frozen and I wasn’t able to back up any data - my 21st birthday was last night so I was so worried about losing photos - Hayley was so helpful sorted out my phone backed it all up for me and I didn’t lose any data! So so helpful and really understanding

After initial rudeness by a staff member now gone Beth was so helpful and patient letting me see the new Mi9. It wasn't on display and they only had one. Fell in love with it and Viktoria hugely helpful in helping me upgrade and transferring stuff. Really knew her stuff.

Staff Unhelpful, rude, unwilling to let a paying customer speak to the store manager and guilty of blatant discrimination against someone with a disability to achieve a sale. Honestly go to another network... Or if you have to go with Vodafone then at least go to Carphone Warehouse (2 doors down) or perhaps try a store in another town - maybe they will actually be helpful!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Went into store to query a courtesy call I had received from Vodafone 2 weeks ago and heard nothing about since. Almost as soon as the male staff member serving me realised there was no sale to be made he immediately switched off and said he would "try" to get someone to call me back, but couldn't guarantee anything. Its not like I was asking for silver service. He couldn't tell me who called me or why, as they are separate teams. He was patronising and dismissive repeatedly explaining this very simple concept as if I simply didn't understand it. I understood perfectly it's just absurdly bad customer service. I even understand that its not his fault and its Vodafone's internal systems that are the true problem. However he made no attempt to be understanding or empathetic, the entire experience could be summed up as "computer says no."

Recently obtained a phone on contract from vodaphonr as tesco are absolutely useless. Staff here seem very friendly polite and helpful and despite a few issues managed to rectify them upon popping in for a chat and getting it configured..

ZERO STAR BUT NOT AN OPTION Absolutely disgraceful service do not trust a word they say! We have been with vodaphone for years and now we will be moving! We went to upgrade my dads phone as a result he lost his friends and family having been assured nothing would change. They could not reinstate it made no offer of compensation. We have been tossed to 191 EGYPT who say go to the store who give guidance (two trips two parking fees) still no offer to make good on their error. We follow their guidance but cannot get the phone unlocked as we have not had it 30 days which they KNEW when they gave the advice. Just phoned the store and they cannot deal with it as they are a retailer (on Tuesday I was told they could) to phone 191 EGYPT again. All I want is for them to put the £5 service (which will allow him to contact all vodaphone mobiles) onto Dad's phone as a goodwill gesture for all the distress they have caused so that we can then unlock his phone and move providers. Dad is 76 and is now left unable to contact family for free as he did with friends and family which we pay for so is very vulnerable because of them. I would say find a better provider!! We are!!!! When we can get the phone unlocked so for 30 days my dad is vulnerable and god help them if there is an incident as a result.

For a shop that sells phones they don't know how to use them, i've been trying to ring them for ages with no answer to find out where my order is! Plus when i was in there last week no one seem to know how to do the most simple of functions on them. Maybe they would be better off selling tins with string in between as they might know how to use them.

Went into the shop yesterday with a query to find it absolutely packed with queues going back almost to the door. Gave up, went home and tried to phone. Rang on and off all afternoon up until just before they closed and no one answered. This morning started ringing again dead on opening time at 9 and then at regular intervals and still no one answered the phone. Perhaps they just don't have enough staff but this is all very frustrating and I am also getting no response from their Internet e-mail address.
