They made an error on the postcode of the parcel, I rang to tell them to correct it, they said ok, lo and behold they delivered it to an access point at the wrong postcode (who doesn't open during advertised hours, in NW6), I rang again asking them to correct the postcode and redeliver it, they collected it and redelivered it to the very same access point the very next day. Apparently their ground crews do not receive instructions from their service teams and when they finally act on them a week later, they mess it up anyway. Great stuff UPS, thank you for your contribution to all the useless things on this earth.

I appreciate these are unprecedented times but I find being forced to travel across London to collect my package at this depot, frankly unacceptable for a delivering service company. My buzzer is admittedly not working properly but I've reached out to their customer service multiple times to be told that: - their couriers are unable to phone me because they don't have a company phone on them. - they can't book in a delivery time because their couriers have no schedule, they "just turn up". I'm forced to come and collect it at this depot centre. Once I showed up at he depot, I was informed that my request of collecting from the depot was being processed from the evening before: regardless of receiving email notification of the change of collection point, the request was not processed in time so the packgage was still on the delivery truck. I got back home empty handed. Luckily, it's not all doom and gloom, because a very committed courier managed to deliver at my address on the last attempt. Interesting side note: he mentioned he tried to find a number to call me but he wasn't given any by the same people who insisted their couriers did NOT have a company phone on them, so they couldn't forward my number to them. In my experience, the drivers are not to be blamed.

UPS customer service was very kind and efficient today. I was very pleased with the service. The building is very close to Kentish Town underground station. I give 5 star because I cannot think of anyway where the service can be better on the ground. I did not have high expectation after talking to the agent on the phone during the week, but the process today was convenient.

It’s been months and i haven’t got any calls or emails from you regarding my import tax refund on a boom that i purchased. You don’t answer your calls, you stopped replying to my emails and you keep saying someone will get in touch on twitter. Nobody ever has. I can assure you i will be defaming and shaming you on the net to prevent anyone from using your rip off services. Prepare yourself for administration, this hate is going to go a long way.

Don't use this company ever.. we're in 2020... this company operate in 1947 useless... drivers won't telephone if they're at your apartment block, if you've put a note on the door to call when they arrive, they'll just return the item to the company... totally 3rd world stuff... no company phones.. The driver is incredibly rude. He looked at me in an disgruntled way since I was a bit late to come downstairs. And then he left without collecting my return packages, and shouted on the road, he could not even wait for 1min. And then I complained to ups, and he came back and picked my unlabelled packed he said he could take it without label, and the package ended up undelivered and missed. Such horrendously terrible experience with them, I cannot see a delivery service that could do worse than them. Well done, UPS! No one can beat your management and customer service!!

Drivers not capable of calling a phone number clearly posted on entrance. I spoke to the depot asking that the driver please call on the final attempt because I can’t spend an entire day sitting by the door and there is no bell at the business, I was assured they had spoken to driver and that they would call. No call, final attempt failed, now please drive an hour to your nearest depot. No apologies, utterly useless. Every other delivery company is able to call a number, how hard is it? People on the phone are nice enough but the company is clearly stuck in the Stone Age if they can’t facilitate drivers phoning to complete a delivery successfully. Super frustrating, would never use by choice... ever

As far as this actual depot goes no complaints and good service overall. Has dedicated spots for customers dropping off packages right outside the door and as added bonus dropping off here cuts on step out of the packages journey. Very convenient and overall a happy UPS customer!

The worse company ever. They should be banned from the UK. They never give correct information saying my item will be delivered next day or I will be contacted within an hour, they said same thing 5 times and not even once they contacted me back after an hour, I contacted them 7-8 times everyday i had to wait for 25-30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and then after they start giving me misleading information. Extremely poor service even a 12 years old would do better business and communication. I'm going to report this company for investigation. This is the 2nd time i used UPS and both time my item got lost pfffff.

My parcels over a week late I called UPS I have a nine times I have been told many different response I’ve been that the Kentish Town office will be calling me from Monday however I still haven’t received any calls I keep on calling without any response It absolutely ridiculous it’s one of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I don't usually leave reviews but avoid at all cost. If you experience any issues you will find it impossible to get any assistance what so ever. I had to involve third party complaint handler just to receive a response from UPS after hours wasted on the phone and online. Zero stars if I could, abysmal.

Absolutely worse company in the world!!!My parcels with stock for my business come from EU since 08 January customs all paper work are well prepared where is the problem! Another 13 parcels stacked with them for 2 weeks now nobody knows when they will be delivered! 2 hours waiting time for customer service even that not help!!!!!!Never ever used them again!!!!!

Knowing that the phone calls are under charges, i wanted to take care of this parcel once. However after being 'happy' that my delivery date has been changed through call, i check my email and be annoyed all over again that my parcel will be the deliverd the wrong date. I AM WORKING i will not be able to sign the parcel. More over i call again today, and the lady at the phone says that the parcels will arrive a day early, which would have been awesome if i could be there to receive it. Long story short, i have attempt to change the delivery twice. My phone billhas extra charges due to Pooor communication and poor customer service and i am not sure if and when I will be able to collect my parcel. ( I hope aint broken)

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced... lost out on a £300 sale because of the sheer incompetence of both the customer service team and couriers, and in the current climate that is literally the difference between being able to pay my rent or not this month. I will never use UPS again In my life.

I cant believe an international courier company employs staff that cant read addresses. This is the second time UPS have not delivered my package on time and not bothered contacting me neither instead by putting a note online that my address is incorrect. Not only is your customer services department not checking that there is in fact a no. 6 and a flat 6 on the same road which is quite normal but your driver also cant be bothered to look around or ask someone. The road is a close so not many addresses to figure out. The same thing happened last week when I was expecting another parcel from UPS. The parcel eventually turned up 2 days late after having called your customer services almost 6 times and then the driver turned up and had the audacity to say that they dont deliver to Clapham, sw4. Really !! I would strongly advise clients to use another service supplier if they cant get the basics right. Might as well deliver it yourself. You asked me how you should improve your service, its quite simple really, train your drivers enough to be polite and read the address notes provided as well as providing them with phones so that they could call customers when they find them. Not only would you save millions in re delivering but you wouldnt need so many useless customer service people neither.

After 50 minutes long phone call, lady has managed to charge my card, but didn't know how to arrange the collection and put the details of the shipment!? For the first 30 minutes I've been ok, but after being on hold at least 30 times (kind of every two three minutes) I've hung up. I really hope that UPS won't charge me, since they haven't provided with the service. I've been told that apparently, if the collection isn't made, money automatically will be refunded after 20 days.....? UPS, I will never try to arrange and pay for the shipment with you again.

Don't understand what all the bad reviews are about here. A lot seem to target the actual delivery service not the staff and people who work at this depot. I found them to be extremely helpful and polite. The van with my package had yet to arrive when I got there and the young guy who served me offered to call me once it had arrived in the next half an hour. He did exactly that and even left a voice message when I didn't pick up. Was really impressed.

In spite of paying the amount the delivery is being postponed just because they have something going on in the system. The food items that I was supposed to recieve must have been spoiled already . In spite of multiple calls I have not received any update. They say on the phone that it will be delivered today and they don't deliver it. Worst of all, once the customer care picked my phone up, no one talked, heard some guys laughing and hung up. Why waste someone's time and effort ?

This is not the first time that I've had an issue with them, there always seems to be a problem during the delivery. This time, it was an incomplete address and lack of phone number, funnily enough, I have a picture of the label attached to the package and the address and phone number are perfect and clear. I had to ring to "change" it. This is not an uncommon practice, such as delivery attempts with no note left or call after being home available all day. I don't know if it's due to the couriers overload, that they have to do this malpraxis. Maybe set realistic dates instead? Very disappointed. As I said, not the first time.

The customer service representative who I approached to resolve a matter with regards to a lost item this morning, was nothing short of a cynic and gives you the impression he is fed up dealing with customer service? Why work there?! Even, if a human being is trying to recall, what had happened to try to find a lost item. As I was explaining to this guy, he was delighting himself, that there was holes in my story. To prove himself right and the customer wrong. Even if I the customer was honestly trying to find a solution I was not getting it from this person. Even after there was a conclusion he wanted me to comeback to the office for him to gloat that he was right and I was wrong?! As I wanted to leave the office given that I spent an hour there trying to get help. He even gave a suggested hand wave expression and commented "Go on leave" three times?! How is this professional? He just wanted the customer to admit the reason I lost my package because of my neglect of carrying out certain requirements?! Even so is there a reason to gloat?

Wow how cool was that! Something I sold on Ebay somehow was bought by a guy in S Korea! Big panic. Looked around for a courier and they were all very expensive for a shoe box size parcel. UPS came up with some very good prices and I delivered my parcel to a pickup point on the 14th October. I tracked an incredible journey from the UK , via Germany, Via China and arrived in S Korea on the 19th October. Trouble at customs was sorted at customs. My heart in my mouth!. Problem sorted by UPS and it cleared customs 20th October and delivered to an address, in person to the person who bought the item. Well done and thank you UPS. Im really impressed.

Really surprised to see all the bad reviews here. I send and receive multiple international parcels via UPS every week and I’ve never had an issue. A lot of the reviews seem to be targeted at UPS as a whole instead of this particular depot. I’ve always had great service at the customer centre and cannot complain.

I used UPS for it's declared fast delivery. I was sending important documents to London. The letter with documents reached London but was never delivered. Instead it was returned to me. UPS confirmed that they made a mistake. The whole thing cost me money and time for which I was never compensated. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. DON'T USE UPS!

The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Driver has repeatedly said there was no-one to receive the package even though the address has a 24hr maned reception / security guard who has been expecting the package. Drivers just can't be bothered to deliver the packages. Customer services couldn't care less, just read from the screen. Will NEVER use again.

If i could give UPS 0 stars i honest to god would. Easily the worst customer service i have received in my entire life. all of the reps just say what you want to hear and do not act on it. I have spent around 10 hours on the phone to customer service over the past 2 weeks. I've been hung up on by 2 managers after being on hold, sometimes for over 45 mins. So infuriating, i've never had this much difficulty with sending a package before. I work in the camera kit rental industry and if i don't make enough money i don't have a job, I have told this to everyone i have been on the phone with and no one seems to be taking this seriously. I am way off my targets for last month because of the kit i haven't been able to rent out because it's god knows where. I have contacted you on facebook and twitter about this... Please can you get this sorted for me i'm begging you. Finding a job in the current climate is extremely difficult and i am now left clutching at straws to keep mine because of your team's incompetence.

I ordered 2 books I needed to start a course and contracted speedy delivery with UPS on October 15th. Today is October 24th, I have not received my books yet and have been in touch with their customer service numerous times, to no avail. Customer service has been either deliberately rude, unhelpful or both and their updates contradictory. In a nutshell: I have been stuck in some sort of Kafkaesque dystopia in which it seems impossible for UPS to deliver my parcel because my house doesn´t have a doorbell and they won´t call me or send me a delivery update when they are close for me to come down and pick up the parcel due to obscure internal policies. The best solution they could offer was to honk in front of the house when the driver arrived, expecting me to spend my whole day listening through the window (until 12am according to the representative!) as they can´t tell me either an expected time of delivery. This was later refuted by a different customer service representative, who called to say that not even this "solution" would be possible because the messenger won´t come in a vehicle. After this, they offered to send it to a collection point and guaranteed it would be delivered there, to learn on the next day that my parcel was not "eligible for UPS collection point". Worse, the latest news is that the package has now been lost in transit, which is exotic, considering the UPS centre is literally in front of my house. The experience has been so bad that next time I buy from a vendor, if their carrier of choice is UPS, I will look for alternative options just to spare myself a similar experience. My course is due to start today, and I won´t be able to follow the class without the books. I bought speedy delivery to specifically avoid any situation in which the books wouldn´t arrive before the beginning of the course. This is absolutely disgraceful and reading at other people's reviews, I am surprised the company doesn´t seem to be taking this feedback seriously.

Worst service I have experienced. Drivers are liars I waited all day for my package. I called the service and they assured me that the package would be between 8pm and 9pm and 10 minutes later the application showed that I was not at home. This is a joke of the drivers and the customer service is lying to the customers who are joking
