There’s a few places in East Grinstead, but this is the best place by quite a bit, they have more new staff and they do a really really thorough job, it’s worth the little drive out of town as they do such a good job and cheaper than two of the other car washes. Ruaraidh MacLeod

As the price states for an inside and outside clean on a small car the pricing is £12. I took my 'small' Peugeot 206 to get cleaned. Before I went I emptied out all the rubbish so it wasn't too dirty. The manager requested £20 (the same price as a 4x4) because the car is 'harder to clean because of the carpets' the manager went on to raising his voice, saying it is medium car and he makes his own prices when the owner of the car wash isn't there. The manager then proceeded to ask my partner if he wanted to "take this outside", in which my partner obviously declined. I also pointed out that when I came with my other car which is bigger (vauxhall tigra) they charged me for a small car, in which the manager became very defensive and said they charged me wrong last time).I have previously met the owner when I last came, they tried to overcharge me again, the owner came over, told his employees off for overcharging and pointed out places they had missed on our car (a very nice man).
To top it all off. I am a 20 year old female who felt like the way they were looking at me made me feel extremely vulnerable and intimidated, there were about 30 males piling around my car staring at me, my body and glaring at my partner.

Seem to do an ok wash of the outside of the car. But there's loads of prices on the wall & none of them seem to be accurate. Wash & go advertised for £3.99 ended up paying £11.

Scratched my van by scraping a ladder into the door. No accountability. Not that their signs say that ( pre existing only) and no point arguing with a load of blokes who clearly don’t care. Avoid.
