I have been on the telephone for over an hour and a half, I have been cut off by the staff 3 times . Once they put the phone down without putting it on hold and I could listen to a private conversation!! Then they put then phone down !!! I am looking after my very poorly husband and I am waiting for a prescription that was placed 2 days ago by the Dr as an urgent one on as a Home Visit. I am chasing up where the medication that he needs but I am not getting anywhere!!!! Life is so frustrating and lonely with Covid at the present time and all I want is someone to answer the phone with an answer and not to be cut off!!!!!!

Really rude staff always use this chemist as at the bottom of my road but not anymore! I get what is going on in the world but I work in retail my self and there is just no need for it ! After a long shift went to pick my daughters prescription upto be told do not touch anything ! I was stood with my hands in my pocket wouldn't mind but theres nothing to bloody touch ! Ask if they did a product that she usually gets on prescription from dentist to be told no asked if had anything similar no no no really dont understand why people have to be so bloody rude a smile and a simply no sorry would be sufficient.

I am very upset at the moment I appreciate chemist is under a lot of pressure. We have had prescriptions delivered for a long time as husbasnd in vulnerable category with a few health problems and mobility issues. Put our scripts in last w/e. Mine arrived weds which is normal day but husbands not rang to check they had it as go electronic, told yes be del Thursday no show rang Friday told would be on the van that day no show . Not sure if deliveries today we have been in isolation since 12th March, What are we supposed to do some meds run out this weekend.

15 stood waiting to hand prescription in. 3 staff no one on the desk. Went to drive thru rang bell 4 times. To get a very dirty look of the blond with a face like she was sucking a lemmo. Then to be told 2 mind. Another 5mi s sat there... now I'm v been served very quickly and politely by Lloyds

I changed to Whitworths chemist after having problems with Lloyd's chemist. They are all helpful and friendly we get our meds on time no messing about. Been with them for 2 years now. Best move ever I wouldn't change they the best and it's it a handy location for me. If you forget to pick meds up they deliver no charge even though you didn't ask them to. They get to know you.

Fantastic service, nothing too much trouble, arranged my prescription from my own local pharmacy 300 miles away to be prearranged for collection whilst I was going to be in the area. very grateful to the very helpful and friendly staff. 1st class service

They go out of their way to help you, very friendly and knowledgeable.
I went to pick up a friends repeat script and there had been a mix up somewhere at the surgery and my friend had no meds left so the pharmacist gave me two days worth to put her on while they sorted out the mix up.

Parking is great plenty of room always , just outside chemist. Beats Lloyds Chemist hands down for proffesional advise and customer service. Well done Whitworths !! Will always use you.
