Terrible experience. Walked in and was not greeted. A guy eventually turned up and said "Yeah?" I told him I needed tyres replaced. He said they were too busy. I then explained that I needed a service man to come out to take a look at the car. He responded: "Nah mate can't help you there."
The man could have helped me by kindly organizing an appointment for another day for a service that they regularly provided. Fact of the matter was he couldn't be bothered. Could not believe that in these tough economic times I could receive such abysmal customer service and treatment. GO ELSEWHERE!

and efficient service and I have found their automotive knowledge to be second to none.
Great value for money and completely trustworthy and I would not take my car anywhere else.

This will literally sound like a review written by the company, I assure you it isn’t, this is genuine customer feedback here.
I love this garage, and wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.
Car costs can be so stressful especially when they are unexpected, and the owner here is brilliant, he calls to discuss any undertakings before the work is done and has on more than one occasion advised me of things that ‘need’ doing but aren’t imperative so can wait if I need to hold off on the expense.
Friendly, reliable and always clear and to the point regarding what has to be done.

I have been a loyal customer of Auto Stop for almost 20 years for all my vehicle repairs, servicing and MOT testing. They have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and gone beyond the call of duty and come to the rescue on more than one occasion. I and several of my friends and family members would not go anywhere else!

Had a full set of tyres replaced fair price for the mid range quality, within a day I found a wheel bolt had been cross threaded with an air gun and the bolt sheared, upon further inspection another bolt had been crossthreaded this way but not snapped off... Not only did it cost me far more to fix this problem but my safety and my family's safety was put at risk. You don't have to put much torque on a wheel bolt at all it was clear even when having a full set replace they still was more interested in the pizza that arrived than the quality of the job, as for the tyres I give them 5 stars

After visiting 3 garages in the area today to try to get my wheel alignment done and my wheels balanced, I was failing miserably, I then called into Autostop Leamington Spa.
I found the staff friendly helpful and very polite. A chap called Richard did the job there and then he was very professional in handling the car. The price was also very reasonable which was great as being a woman there's always the concern of being ripped off by a garage but not here.
I would definatley recommend these guys and I will use them again.

Recently had new brake pads and tyres fitted and can thoroughly recommend Auto Stop. The price was extremely reasonable (makes an absolute mockery of main dealer pricing) and customer service was a cut above any other tyre establishments I’ve used before in the area. Special mention to Pete who was great to deal with and very accommodating.

Hankook tyres are great for the price and the service offered by the owner Billy, manager Pete and staff is second to none! Do not use this garage! We were charged £49 to re-gas the air-conditioning. When we went to pick up the car we were told that there was a major leak so they were unable to complete the re-gas but we were charged anyway. Took the car to Halfords who had no problem extracting the gas under vacuum or re-gassing with 4.5 bar pressure. No sign of leaks. Owner very smug and aggressive.

I was told to take my car at 1 o'clock and when I got there he couldn't fit me in !?
Wasted a whole morning when I could have made an appointment with another garage now I will have to wait untill Monday to get my car looked at which means taking a day off work.

I returned to Tyre Stop having had a good experience previosuly when they fitted Hankook tyres to my Toyoata Avensis. They fitted 2 Hankook tyres to my wifes Honda Jazz and rotated the wheels. 1st time my wife drove the car both front wheels were loose and when checked wheels nuts were finger tight and rear wheels had at least one loose nut each. I contacted Tyre Stop and they said they would use their CCTV to check if work had been carried out correctly or not. This was a worrying experience and not one I would want anyone else to have so please check your wheels before leaving theoir garage.
