This is the new dice saloon! This is really lovely and a really good place to play board games. You can pretty much play any game here and the staff are always really accommodating. There is also food and drink here, but you are not allowed to bring your own. ♡♡

The online shop has a clear library of available games (and whether they are in / out of stock)
Complete an online order and then pick up directly from the lobby area of the building, or, a reasonably priced courier delivery to your door.
I collected from their office and they replied promptly to all requests, collection was easy, game was in perfect condition.
Zero complaints
The google location is currently their old office space, so double check the current location (either way it's only next door) and it's very easy to find.

The place is a decent size with rooms for certain games. Long tables for table top games like Warhammer 40K and the like. Booths for smaller games and card games like Magic the gathering. They also have a video games room where there is about 16 PCs, xbox, PS4 and two SNES mini consoles to play. They have a place by the entrance to order food and drinks and you can also purchase things like paints for models, board games of all kinds and their expansions. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My two kids (10 & 13) and I went for the first time to the family day. We were a bit nervous as so many people were there and they all appeared to know every game but the staff were amazing. Super welcoming and so happy to help with all our questions and proactively giving advice. Not only will the kids and I go back to family day, I may even brave a solo visit ???? thank you dice saloon ????

This is an interesting place if you're into gaming. They have a vast selection of games and a space that can accommodate groups of various sizes from small to quite large. Cafe with soft drinks and snacks, even pizza! Would recommend

Geek heaven. Looking for D&D stuff or players, look no more. Interested in card games of all sorts? Or do you prefer board games? Maybe you are into miniwargaming, either way this place has it all. Shop with handy discount, very friendly and geek-stuff-knowing staff along with plenty of gaming tables make this place Heaven on Earth, oh, did I mentioned they DO pizza with cool geeky names? First time I came in here staff were friendly, approachable and happy to help. There is a huge selection of games of all types, there is something for everyone. Computers and game consoles available to rent and a small cafe with a range of snacks and drinks.
Thank you to the Dice Saloon team who were very helpful and had an in-depth knowledge of all the games there. Will certainly be visiting again soon.

Really nice selection of dice, which I was admittedly mostly there for, they also had loads of miniatures and other games. In fact there were many more minis than I thought there would be. Fellas behind the counter were really friendly and great to chat with!

4/10/20 Update: Please note everyone, Dice Saloon have moved to a new location at 88 London Road, just waiting for my Maps edit to be approved. They currently only have the store open but are working on getting the back area up and running.
A games shop located near Brighton station, selling board games, cards, figurines and others and also has an area where you can get together and play some games.
The games selection they have is quite good at prices to rival even Amazon, plenty of different categories to choose from, though it would be nice if it was ordered in some way.
They so sell food and drink here too but not tried it, though when I see the food being carried past me, it does seem to always smell nice.

Fantastic place for people looking to both socialise or not. Staff are so friendly and rigs are well setup. Only issue is the lack of licenses for multiplayer games on PC.

Great place to hang out and play board games or TTRPG's with friends. Open booths and private rooms available for larger groups at very reasonable rates. A small variety of food and drink is available on site. The only thing to be aware of is that the advertised pizzas are only available before 5PM. Otherwise many a great sessions have been played here and our group will be back for many more!

The place looks "creepy" from the street but you should not judge a book by it's cover :) You into boardgames? Definitely worth a visit if you want to play some games (you van reserve a table and the pizza is delicious :)) or if you want to buy a new piece for your collection.

Big place with lots of tables with a good selection of board, card, tabletop, and TTRPG games. Seems like they're decently priced (Seemed a ~10% discount on Games Workshop for instance). It does have a bit of a warehouse feel to it, so not quite making it as a board game cafe.

Nice array of stock and friendly staff who will help but never pressure you into anything. Lots of space filled with gaming tables for wargaming and other areas for smaller games and card games. You can even get tea and a pizza, or snacks, so you don't need to venture out... Great idea, especially for tournaments.

This place is brilliant. If your into MTG, Warhammer, Pokemon, board games and everything in between this is the place for you. You can rent amazing tables designed for Warhammer ect, TCGs and more. They do pizza and other hot and cold food, friendly staff and great service and prices.

Lovely shop and meeting space for nerds of all kinds! The Staff are friendly and agreeable, the atmosphere is cheerful and pleasant as are the various board game and rpg groups that meet here! Equally, the pizza is wonderful and I wholeheartedly reccomend the cashew cream!!!

This is my first visit since the relocation. It's a lot nicer than the last place.
Pizzas are good, lovely to see a couple of vegan options on the menu.
The toilets are a bit small (gents anyway) but there's not a lot you can do about that I suppose.
The new venue smells a lot nicer than the old place but there's still the odd customer that should be a bit more considerant with their personal hygiene.
Booking is highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable.
The venue can be a bit of a maze on your first visit!

A very friendly and accepting atmosphere that really helps to feel welcome. The staff always seem happy to help and offer up an opinion without pressuring you to buy things you don't want. Definitly a local store and place to game that you would want to support. Their library of rentals is pretty high, just make sure you buy food in store.

This is a great place to come & play board games & tabletop games. Pretty good location & quite big inside, although a reservation is advised as it does get busy. Only a 4* - they serve food, but do not have a great selection, & are definitely not a first choice for anyone with specific dietary requirements. Other than that, an amazing hub for gaming.

First visit today and loved it. Friendly staff (who even gave my kids some free dice to “get them hooked early”!).
Loved watching people painting their miniatures, others playing various games, and so much to look at and peruse through, and all in such a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Having somewhere we could buy snacks and a drink from was also a huge bonus.
Looking forward to the next visit!!
