Dropped the car off returned an hour later, car looked the same was told they couldn't get hand prints off because they don't do that. They had just washed it with water. Hoovered half the car and was charged £50. What a joke, don't waste your money.????

THE WORST CAR WASH PEOPLE!!!! Me & my partner have modified lowered bmw's. We pulled in & on the sign it says £8 per car wash. The guy looked at our cars & said they had "mud" on them & we had been off road (lmfao) & needed to be washed underneath the cars.... therefore he would have to charge us more! Our cars are 2 inches off the ground & they would not be able to wash underneath. I told them they were taking the mick so we left. They saw 2 people with nice cars & wanted to charge us extra more for nothing.

Quite expensive and the staff didn't tell me they broke the holder for my Parrot so it's been dangling on the windscreen since then. I didn't notice it first time and drove off because they hid the Parrot mic behind the rear view mirror.
