I rate it one star but they don't deserve even half of it. In the driver's despatch office there are two women that have the habit of yelling at the drivers, really amazing people!!! Today i had the pleasure to witness it again.

Just another Freightliner Rail Port, for people who know Freightliner doesn't need a description, for those who don't know it yet, take your patience with you, its gonna take a while till you get serviced, from my experience i would say an average around an hour in and out so its not that horrible but its not great either....

The shunter has Diabolical behavior problems. It seems like that he is the one who runs the company so he can behave how he wants. This kind of behavior would not be tolerated in any other company, I am surprised that it's tolerated here specially because it's run by an American company. Hopefully one day someone high up will come in and give this company a good clean through, it is definitely needed !!!

ONCE AGAIN THE PLACE IS AT A STAND STILL !! F-LINER DRIVERS GETTING PRIORITY THAT'S OKAY THEY WON'T BE 2/4 HOURS LATE FOR A JOB LIKE THE REST OF US !!! AS LONG AS THEY MAKE THE MONEY AND THE REST SUFFER. F-LINER SOMETHING SPECIAL OR SOMETHING !!!! HOPEFULLY MARSK PULL OUT AGAIN SEND THE TRAIN TO ANOTHER TERMINAL HAVE THESE CRAWLING BACK TO YOU MAERSK.
THESE SHOULD BE PENALISED FOR EVERY LATE BOX ENCOUNTERED IF IT'S DUE TO THEM WHICH 99.99999% OF THE TIME IT IS. WISH THE YANKS COULD SEE THIS BECAUSE OH BOY THEY WOULD HAVE A FIELD DAY !!!
STOP GIVING YOUR OWN PRIORITY LET THEM WAIT LIKE THE REST OF US MAYBE THEN YOU WILL SORT THIS MESS OUT ! WAITING FOR A CONTAINER FR 3.5HOURS NOW HOPEFULLY I GET IT ON BY THE END OF THE YEAR JUST HOPING NO F-LINER DRIVER COME IN !!!!

Place is a complete joke 4.30am and Qs everywhere.
Manager Gary Stocker never to be seen and when he does apear has a complete lack of care or respect for anyone or any problems.
Regular 3-4 hour Qs and when shipping lines contact the terminal they lie and say there are no delays.
As previous posters have said when the American company G & W took over people were optimistic things would improve and to start with an effort was made to improve things but now all the big wigs have visited and gone its back to normal - Qs everywhere and nobody gives a ****.
Drivers regularly have to spend 6 hours + of their working day in here instead of out delivering like we should.
Come on Genesee & Wyoming get it sorted.
