Absolutely terrible store. I went in a week earlier to trade in my old console for the gears 5 bundle. I was told I had to come in on the day of release. I asked if I had everything I needed and was confirmed that I come back on release and it will be a 5 minute in and out. I even put a £20 deposit down so I could defiantly get the bundle .
Please bare in mind the store is 30 minutes each way and I am on crutches so its not easy for me to get to the store. I come in today as told to do so and I pass the console over for the check which "should take 10-15 minutes".
I come back 15 minutes later and am told that I should have updated the console and they can not accept it.
-Can I not leave the console with you and you update it I requested? Afraid not due to insurance.
-Can you not give me the console as you will have my card details and everything so if there is a problem you can call me or charge back. Afraid not.
All in all manager not flexible and when asked why I was not told to update the console a week earlier I was told "I haven't been in for a week so can not tell you".

Friendly place with helpful staff. I would urge everyone to buy games here... Most other game retailers have shut and the way things are going there will soon be no physical games to buy. Sony, Microsoft, et al all seem to be moving towards digital sales which I am not a fan of... Patronise places like this or we will lose them.

Over priced game store. Amazed they are still in business. I can walk 10 feet and buy cheaper in Tesco. They refuse to price match, which is there right but there is in incentive to buy from them. They make out your getting a good deal with there game card, but you have to buy at least four games too a fiver off. It would again be cheaper to buy elsewhere and with the money you saved buying the four games you could buy another game. The staff take advantage of people that dont know what they are talking about. I went to buy a new headset so wanted to check the price. I was told that the reason the price was so high was because it had just come out. I told the staff member it hadn't as I'd had the headset for a year already and had broken it. She said I couldn't have, I got annoyed and left to walk to Tesco and saved £30 buying the headset. I've seen the tell customers they need points for they console when they dont.
If you do buy from them a little tip is to buy online and have it collected in store (about an hour to collect) this way you will save some money rather than getting the store price. They will not match their own website despite being able to collect in an hour.

Lots of games, consoles and accessories for gamey people. Including Xbox, PlayStation etc... Pre owned section too. Friendly helpful staff. You can order up and coming games and consoles etc. Not really my kind of place but my son loves it.
