Couldn't be happier! I ordered this phone online and the only reason how I know it came from this store is because there was only one left in stock! Upon arrival, I could feel through the packaging that the phone was boxed. The phone itself was immaculate and came with manuals, unused earphones and the charger. This should have been classed as an A grade. There's no cosmetic damage. I ordered this as a spare phone, also so I didn't lose my google movies and music. Also it works better with my Google Home, aswell as using an O2 SIM I had lying around and my 64GB MicroSD.

This place is awesome:
I come here quite a bit, mainly to get the newer games and trade some in. The place have great staff although trading system is not the greatest, you don’t get a lot of money for the games so I suggest to trade them for others. But overall this place is amazing and I highly recommended.

It's only a little store in comparison to say the one in Leicester. However stock is always decent and staff are very helpful. Very easy to park nearby and pop in to grab a game.

My previous phone was broken and I had to buy a new device urgently. I nowhete found a good phone at a good price. I found this business and I knew I was in the right place. The staff is excellent, helpful and kind. They all helped me and were patient with me. Here I bought my first high-end phone in my life. The device works perfectly, flawless. The staff can be helpful if they try, good prices on most things and always a bargain to be found. You get what you pay for and if it goes wrong just take it back and hope they are understanding on the day, hit and miss with this store. . .

Excellent service provided when I came in here to buy a Christmas film. Was checking for a new video game as a gift for a friend and they did not have it in stock. Checked with the lady working there and she checked the stock to inform they did not have any at the time, but did suggest looking on the website, and to try another time when they might have the game back in stock. She was also very helpful in suggesting a shop down the road which may of also had the game. The place is nice and clean, very good standard.

The staff are fantastic but the way cex works as a business is terrible. The 24 month warranty they offer is nothing but a joke, you could breathe funny on an item and it would void the warranty. Please feel free to read all thier terms and conditions as it gave me a great laugh whilst doing so.

It's a CeX. Habitual stomping ground of Captain Neverlaid and the Virgin Brigade. However, this one is unusual in that it doesn't smell of teenagers BO, maybe the store is new. They've mastered the art of alphabetical organisation so finding stuff you want is easy, as long as someone has previously stolen a copy for you. Typical CeX pricing ensures that most modern items are reasonably priced yet anything older than Katy Perry's music career is deemed to be retro and therefore commensurately overpriced. Thankfully, there weren't any grebs trading in their grandparents DVD collection to pay for their latest unicorn makeup so service was swift and the staff as courteous as they could be. A surprisingly positive experience, thank you!

Avoid at all cost . The staff are con artist !!! some airpods in to sell . I've had them one month and there is the tiniest scratch on the case . Not even noticeable and doesn't affect the way they work . They tried to tell me it's c grade . ???? And then offered me a price £20 lower than what's stated on there website for that grade b . So clearly the staff are chatting bullsh*t and are hustling customers . Wonder how many vulnerable people they ripped off today !?!? Don't go otherwise you'll be throwing your money away !!!

Have great stock and good prices, but a recent experience of discovering there's no branch phone number is making me leave this review. There's a central company phone number that tells you to email or use Facebook messenger, hardly instant response, they take a day to respond on FB!
As to the necessity of a phone number, we'd tried to sell an item, they were out of cash, so we had to come back. It was a special trip, had no other reason to go, so no way to check cash before we set off a second time.

this is a great place to pick up a barking or trade in your old computer games DVDs or your old phone staff are friendly and helpful if you can't quite find what you're looking for they'll let you know if they have it in stock or lots of great cheap DVDs to be had from 50p upwards if you looking to add to your collection would recommend a perusal in this place
