Very good, will definetly use them again if needed. I've only ever had hamsters as pets so I've never needed to use the vets until last Saturday when Sue my hamster became really ill. The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and understanding, also the treatment we received when actually at the vets was great ????????

Love Meadow Lane Vetinary Center. Wouldn't take my doggies anywhere else. My doggies have been VIP there since 2016. Staff are amazing, caring and friendly. Taken very good care of our pets.

I have used this gets for years. Initially I lived locally to them but 3 years ago I moved town. I still use Meadow Lane Vets because I've always had good service from them and they genuinely care for both the animals and their owners.

Lost my trust in this vets, had my dog put to sleep wanted her cremated, was then told she wasn't cremated individually and we didn't get her back, they then sent me a sympathy card 3 weeks later with the wrong dogs name in the card. Very unprofessional. I will be changing vets as they caused me alot of upset

Far from the cheapest vets but the care they give is incredible. My cat is always very well looked after whenever the goes (luckily not very often!). When left over night to be neutered he was apparently getting anxious in the cattery cages out back so they upgraded him to a larger cage with blankets, etc to make him feel more comfortable. Cant fault them in any way!

My dog had an ear infection in January . We were going almost every two weeks to treat it, however, nothing was helping. We visited at least 6 times and each time we had to pay £40 for consultation, which was few seconds long and was useless. So the total was £300 for nothing. The ear infection also moved to the other ear because it wasn’t treated properly, which made the healing process even longer. However, we changed vets due to moving to another city and we went to the new vets twice and they gave us a proper treatment to take home and the infection cleared. Not only did the new vets help, but they did it faster and cheaper. We only had to pay for the medication and it was only £40.

Not my usual positive booking experience with Meadow Lane and still quite taken a back after trying to make an annual vaccination appointment for my dog via telephone. In the midst of trying to sync diaries I was told in a very sharp toned, rushed unfriendly manner that i'd have to be called back. I've since made an appointment online.

Some amazing people work here but one vet is very unpleasant, judgemental and bullish in his approach. It might have been a bad day for him and the nurse, who was also unpleasant but it resulted in my pet and myself suffering unnecessary distress.

While a bit expensive for anyone on a budget, the staff have always been exceptionally friendly and very helpful. We have always been able to get an appointment. Parking is usually OK although spaces are limited. Animals are unpredictable so waiting times vary. Wide range of services as far as I can tell.

I have only used them to neuter and microchip my cats but found them to be efficient and staff knowledgeable and helpful. There is on site parking which can be very busy at times but good to have.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Meadow Lane. A relative recently had to make the sad decision to have her elderly and much beloved pet put to sleep as there was no hope for her. The kindness and compassion shown to the pet and my relative was outstanding and today my relative received a personal card of condolence from the staff. All above the call of duty.
