1 star is all too much. Went with this company for my first years insurance, the worse mistake of my life. They paid out a fraudulent claim, despite it being very obviously fraudulent, the other party diabolically exaggerated the events and somehow managed to get paid out for personal injury and vehicle damage to a car with photographic proof of no damage to either my or the other parties car but somehow thousands of pounds were generated? Diabolical. The “victim” who claimed whip lash but was all over social media drumming and perfectly demonstrating his neck was okay without any pain or discomfort but they decided to discard this evidence. When the case was meant to go to court, they offered the “victim” a lower amount to not go to court, and then ended up having to pay me compensation anyhow from the lacked communication and absolutely appalling service start to finish. None of them have a clue what they were doing, despite speaking to many people and they agreed it was fraudulent they still continued to pay it out and not even tell me, I had to chase up the status of the claim every time. Being naive and my first year of insurance, now having been insured by other companies I could never forgive them for the repercussions I have been penalised for, for their poor and idle errors. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - WORST COMPANY EVER.

I have never been treated so badly by any company that I have dealt with in over 60 years in business. Having received a quote for car insurance ref: 810016DG. I rang to accept the quote and arrange to be insured at once. During the questioning I was asked to confirm my address. I explained that my address for LE13 1FB, would show as 7 Craven Court, Burton Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. However, the house was built in 1827 and was called Craven Lodge which was a Hunting Lodge. (check Google), now Craven Court. Which has been converted into 9 Freehold houses and all have names and no numbers on them. My house was in fact Plot 7, now known as Belvoir Cottage, in common with the rest of the houses, named after the Leicestershire Fox Hunts. I was then advised that you were unable to give me insurance as my address was different to the one showing on your computers. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is such a thing as common sense. I asked to speak to a line manager and was told to hold. This I did for 15 minutes, it was obvious that I had been left holding on when there was no intention of taking my call. I have been quoted for car insurance by your company and wish to avail myself of it. If I haven't heard from your company in the next 24 hours, I shall be contacting the press. My next door neighbor is the publisher of the Leicester Mercury, the Nottingham Evening post and the Metro free newspaper. He, I am sure will be very interested in this print worthy story.
