Really friendly team, they stock almost anything you might need relating to consoles and even a few things that you really don’t need that don’t relate to consoles, that’s what I purchased... as a Christmas present. Great shop. Keep it up Game.

Good place for all your games, consoles and other tech. Some staff do lack knowledge, However there is always someone there that can help. But sometime not enough staff on hand to deal with customers at busy times, customers do come in and end up leaving after not being served and have seen myself.

Run a shop myself iNerd on Rugby Road so understand returns suck :) well cut a long story short we had a problem with a controller for a Nintendo Switch we purchased back in April. The staff at game watched a video I recorded of the fault and immediately swapped the controller out. Excellent service and it involved a few members of staff to ensure it was smooth sailing. Thank guys and gals my boys are very happy again... Be back for some more games and accessories no doubt :)

I took my faulty PlayStation vr to return it for a refund, what a joke, even when the store manager got told by tech support and head office she was doing everything she could not to refund me, after over an hour and me demanding to head office to make her honour refund she has no choice but to do so. Warranty means nothing in this store they will just say it seems fine to me or you must of broken it. John Lewis next time

Top quality gaming store providing a plethora of good offers and bundle deals! The staff at hinckley are a very approachable being kind mannered, friendly and the least pushy I've come across in your average game store! In terms of staff; easily a 10/10, helping you in every way and doing all they can to make your visit as easy and smooth as possible!
However In this store in particular they are often let down by technical issues that take the form of a downed till or credit card network! Fix it game! This store has real 5 star potential! :P A real shame considering the outstanding service provided by the staff themselves! Despite this, the store is a welcome addition to the growing town of hinckley!
