Brilliant place, the showrooms are extensive and allow for vast displays. Transport by rail is easy too, as the train station at Birmingham international leads straight to the Centre, via a walking route that takes around 10 to 15 minutes. There are cafes on the route.

Resort World @ the Nec is open but you need to check the times especially closing. If your travelling by bus or train & have to walk through the Nec Piazza, check with the security abt their closing times it is different than the RW times. It is a long walk on the outside & it might be raining

I went for a work event. The venue looked stunning and the staff were all really good, especially as I have allergies. I was well looked after and had no worries about eating with them. Very well managed so well done to the catering people. I had a great night ????

It's a huge and beautiful arena with over 20 exhibition room, massive halls I must say. The land mass is over 15 football fields, great parking space, free shuttle around, you connect it from the airport, free WIFI, enough sitting areas to lounge whenever. Really very impressive masterpiece.

The NEC is an incredible place. Being from Bournemouth we don't have anything close to this size so visiting it is quite mind blowing.
I have been here for the Classic Car Show and Insomnia.
Imlressive as the venue and events were it certainly takes the widdle charging £16 for parking when the event itself is cost £30 upwards.

Massive. The whole venue is massive. It can hold so many exhibits at any one time from a smaller to a huge one. This is due to the hall design.
Easy to access by car, check parking prices though. When i visit more often i find cheaper to get the train. Which drops you of nearly on the doorstep

Went to Grand Design Live..its nice venue for events.. nearby shopping mall.. free shuttle to parking lot but parking fee is very dear.. i dont think its reasonable to have a flat rate £16, if your not staying the whole day.
