Steven regularly went above and beyond to ensure the property was secured and the move was completed. Me and my partner have been living in our new house for nearly 3 months and can truly say we are still loving every second. When we went through Steven at SJM properties it was like no other experience, when covid was at its peak Steven made sure everything was moving forward dealing with everything so professionally in such difficult times. The landlord and Steven make a great team and everything was done to a high standard and the move went so smooth.

As tenants, Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional, helpful and obliging. He doesn't treat you like he's doing you a favour like many property agents do, but genuinely wants to do what he can to create a stress free experience when finding and moving into a home. He went above and beyond, no question or request was a problem.
I can see he does his absolute best for both landlord and tenant, and does a great job at doing so.

I can’t thank SJM Properties enough for their help in finding me a lovely tenant and continuing to manage the property for me.
They have taken all the stress and anxiety away from me, especially in these difficult times, when travelling to and from the property would have been difficult due to lockdown. SJM Properties kept me involved and updated throughout the process of finding me a suitable tenant.
Their lovely team of decorators, electrician, plumbers, cleaners and gardeners have transformed my property prior to my tenant moving in and have dealt with any issues which have arisen, promptly and efficiently.
