We used Darren to purchase our nee office and he was brilliant from start to finish. If it wasn’t for him it would have been very difficult as he took the pressure off us to speed the lender up and chase them when they started slowing the process down. Darren also broke down the deals we were accepted for and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each deal. Even after we paid Darren his fees he was very active in chasing the lender and making sure they are moving along and not stalling.
