Knight Frank worked really hard to get my sale over the line providing a high quality service, were always available and worked really hard to make sure communications between all parties remained good through the entire process. Their commission rates are competitive and the minimum tie in period is far shorter than many of their competitors. I would certainly go to them to sell a future property.
