Worlds End is wonderful all the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, if you want something that isn't in the shop Lisa will find it wherever it is in the country and get it to the store for you. I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by everyone at this iconic shop.

I was surprised by the size of the shop - so small! But definitely a place to go if you are a Vivienne Westwood fan. There are also limited edition mini skirts you would not find anywhere else.

Tucked away, literally at the World's End of the Kings Road, is Vivienne Westwood's quixotic W.E store...
Described as having a triumphant history of creating "clothes for heroes, dandies, rockers, punks and pirates" blink and you'd miss it (so keep an eye out for that iconic clock which covers most of the frontage).
Duck as you step in through the half height door into the elaborate boutique world of Vivienne... where you'll find a large selection of her iconic jewellery, bags and designs from the archive which have been recreated at more affordable prices.
Both men and women are stocked but don't go on Sundays (it's closed).

Lot's of emotions here, for sure. Clothes are amazing, of course. But besides that, nothing else. Staff didn't even looked at me, or talked to me besides saying that the door was open. I didn't feel welcome.

I am appalled at the way I have been treated by the staff in this shop. I purchased a ring for my daughter's birthday last year and around 8 months later, the ring broke. Unfortunately, we could not find the receipt and I rang the World's End shop to explain what had happened. The guy on the phone told me to bring the ring back to the shop and that he felt sure that they would be able to help. I had explained that we had lost/mislaid the receipt. The shop is quite a long way from where I live and I when I arrived there with ring, I was pretty upset to be told that they would not change it without a receipt. Understandably, I was upset as I had wasted time and money on a journey that I needn't have made, had I been given the correct information over the phone. Because I dared to raise my voice in sheer frustration of the situation and tell the manager a few home truths, I was told that I was being rude and unreasonable. No apology, no attempt to help me - just two members of staff turning the situation around and making me feel like I was the one in the wrong for buying a sub-standard ring. Furthermore, the manager there even intimated that I might have 'smashed the ring into something'. Really? How very rude and it just stinks of people riding on a famous name. How arrogant. I most certainly would not visit this store again and would not recommend it to anyone. I am now left with a broken ring and anger at being treated so abysmally. And I'd like to point out that I only gave this a rating of one star because it wouldn't let me post unless I gave one. Quite frankly, they do not deserve any stars at all.

I went there on last Saturday, the place and the products are very nice, but the service is horrible, there was a staff who treated us like nobody. We felt that the cool conception built by Vivienne is not on that shop!

Very poor service. Avoid buying, they trick customers with no refund policy. While buying online you get full refund of any purchase. Very unhelpful staff along with their Customer Service person - Carlo.

Esperienza davvero unica nel suo genere. Il negozio si trova in un magnifico quartiere di Londra. Caratteristica fondamentale: l'orologio con le lancette che vanno al contrario. Si entra da questa piccola porticina un po' storta, e si aprirà un mondo fantastico. Articoli unici nel suo genere, come ad esempio le t-shirt di "protesta". Giacche vintage, oppure della nuova collezione. I prezzi sono alti, ma è scontato. Io sono stata fortunata, in quanto sono capitata lì in periodo di saldi. La commessa è qualcosa di unico, supermegagentile e molto disponibile. Esperienza da fare assolutamente

昔、パンク好きなんで行った事ある。で感想、まずドアの開け方がよくわからない。鍵を掛けてあるんだけど開け方にコツがあるらしく上手く開けられない！日本人の店員がいて開けてくれたがこの人が最悪。入ってまずドアの開け方分からなねーのかーこの素人が！って軽蔑するかの様な言い方をされた！(初めて来たんだから分かる訳ねーだろ！????)じっくり見たかったが早く出てけと言わんばかりの態度で見ているし値段も高いし(ヴィヴィアンだから仕方がないとは言え)、欲しい物も無かったので何も買わずに出て行く事に。その時も「冷やかしなら来るな！」って振る舞いされたしロクな印象がない！ここの評価が高いのが信じられないくらい。原宿のヴィヴィアンの店も店員が感じ悪いしあまり良い印象がないブランドって言うのが感想。二度と行かない。

Los diseños son impresionantes a la par que originales, sin embargo la calidad es muy baja. Venden la bisutería a precio de oro cuando no llega a ser plata, sino una aleación de cobre bien recubierta. Me gustaba la publicidad de esta marca, el grupo con quién estaba relacionada o los diseños portados por famosas en teoría ~glamourosas~, sin embargo me he dado cuenta por mis propios ojos que no es más que propaganda marxista. Publicita el supuesto problema del cambio climático mientras está pactando con países asiáticos para las correas de piel en sus relojes. Un sinsentido sin pies ni cabeza en el trasfondo pero que queda muy bien organizado de cara a la galería. A mis zapatos ~Melissa~ se les cayó la purpurina con dos usos y eso que los tengo en varios colores, a mis pendientes se les cayó el baño de plata y a mí se me cayó el alma al suelo. 2/5. **

日本人のスタッフが居て、お客の半数も日本人と日本にいるかのような錯覚を感じる。でも品揃えは日本と全く違っており、日本で売っている商品が日本人向けにアレンジされているのがよく分かる。狭いのが残念なのと、店をわざと傾けてるので入った瞬間気持ちが悪くなった。
